I moved out in October of 2019, and took out student loans to pay the full month of rent so I could go on with my life. It's now January 2020, and I recieved a bill for $400 for a carpet replacement even though my deposit should have covered the cost. The lack of communication to tenants is unprofessional and lackluster; the landlady and her supervisor never answer phone calls or emails, leaving their tenants to be mislead and manipulated. The landlady does not have sympathy for any of her tenants and will take advantage in any way possible. Do not rent at this location, or frankly, any location

This place is horrible. THEY TOLD ME EVEN BEFORE MY LEASE WAS OVER THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE MY DEPOSIT!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR WEAR AND TEAR WHICH IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL!!!

When I moved in, the place was covered with bugs. I deep cleaned every inch of that place because it was so disgusting. When I moved out, I got it professionally cleaned. The land lady told me I would get my entire deposit back. When the papers came back, they stole half of my deposit and ignored the many phone calls I made to corporate and their management. Would not recommend renting here.

Good neighborhood. Very clean and well maintained. You can definitely notice that the manager (Rob, I think is his name) cares and takes pride in this complex he manages because he is always out picking up trash, cleaning up random rubbish and takes his time to keep his tenants happy, reducing the possibility of a high turn over on people moving in and out. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and quiet neighborhood.

The new property manager, Desiree has been amazing with our move in. When the unit was not going to be available as planned and I explained we had to leave our previous place, she but in the extra time and effort and got everything done to allow us to move in the next day. She was so helpful during such a stressful time for us and I can’t wait for our future here.
