Every time I bring my car here I am always happy that it has been fixed properly and professionally. Kammie is awesome and Curtis is so friendly. I recommend all my friends to take their car here. I went to Honest-1 because my tires were making a horrible whirring noise. They knew right away it was just the design of the tire and got me into a new set and I am so happy to quietly travel down the road again!

This Honest-1, as not all are owned by the same person, was fast, courteous and professional. They utilized up to date technology to provide quotes, I never had to call them to get an update as they were proactive, and my car was serviced in a timely manner.
They were pleasant to deal with and charged me a fair price. I'll be back.

Do NOT...NOT...NOT use this place. Giving credit where credit is due. Kammie (answered phone and scheduling) was professional and polite, answered my questions well and detailed. John (transporter) was also professional and kind doing his job well. they deserve the recognition for their jobs. I originally had an appointment scheduled with another mechanic recommended to me but he is in Springboro and I only have my one vehicle so I could not leave it. I was told by the other mechanic it would only take 1/2 a day to fix. I take care of 2 sick family members and have no one else to help me with them

I brought an older car in for a quick check to make sure there weren't significant concerns. Knowing that a car at 125k plus miles was about to roll in without a history of recent significant maintenance other than oil changes, etc., I wanted to avoid a shop simply running through "the list."

Paid almost 300 for some battery cables they said I needed then had to go back a month later and they then tell me that it’s the alternator now and quoted almost 900 ! It was the alternator all along, other negative reviews stated price gouging and that is exactly what they do here. I won’t go back.

Great value on a oil change. They didn't try to up sale with a bunch a defects with my vehicle like most shops would. Friendly and professional service.
Also, as a side note I had my vehicle towed a few months back for a bad starter. The part was expensive but they even took the time to look online(Amazon) to get the part shipped to the shop to help save me money.

I Needed an oil change and new breaks on my Mercedes. The customer service and price beat the dealership by far. I was offered fair prices and a very thorough review of the pricing. I will be back in the future. The lobby and waiting area were clean and they have complimentary drinks and snacks. This place really lives up to its name. The girl at the front desk is very knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars for sure!

There is nothing honest about this company if you can't trust them to do a basic oil change, damage your car, and not take responsibility.

Had the "B" service done on my Mercedes for half the cost of the dealership! The service was done on time and to my expectations.
Throughout the process Honest-1 did a great job of communicating and clearly defining the service and the costs. The location is clean and bright and they even gave me a ride to work!
Overall an excellent experience and will be returning to Honest-1 in the future.

I am glad I brought my 2016 Ford Focus to Honest-1 for servicing. The staff were very friendly, the service was prompt and the price was very reasonable. I called Ford first but they were brisk and could not fit me in within the week for a simple 10,000 mile service and would not answer a simple question like 'is there any other Ford service centers around?'. I decided to call Honest-1 because I had their pamphlet in my mailbox. Honest-1 got me in the very next day and they even fixed my bumper and water sprout free of charge. I'll go to them in future. I generally never review anything and HATE dealing with car issues, but they earned it! Honest-1 was excellent! Everyone, from the front desk employee to the people that shuttled me to and from the shop were fantastic! I also didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or sold something I didn't need. They were very upfront and honest! Can't say enough good things about this experience.

Disappointed in the quote provided to replace an upstream O2 sensor. Quoted 485$ for the part and 75$ for 2 hours labor. Found a suitable part for $170 locally and OEM part online for $110. Replaced it myself in under 1 hour including YouTube video search. Check engine light was resolved.
It's a modern era, for a simple repair job, don't over charge or your customers will find simpler solutions.
I won't go to 1 star as the oil change I had was done fairly and with quality at a good price, but felt like a bait and switch with the proposed price for the O2 sensor replacement

Called out of the blue to get an appointment for an estimate. Was scheduled within the hour. Got the estimate in 30 minutes with no pressure to get the work done. Got some of it done in less than 30 minutes and was on my way.

First time I came to this mechanic was because my radio cut out. They said it would be $80 just to take off the radio front to fix the problem. Turns out he fuse behind the radio just became unplugged so they didn't charge me anything!
Next time I needed them my car wouldn't start. I had gotten a ride to work and took my keys with me so they sent someone downtown to pick up the key and put it in my car for the tow truck to take my car to their shop. They even offered to give me a ride home from work! This place is the best I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!
