Until the early 1970s, consumers had no way to distinguish between incompetent and competent mechanics. In response to this need, the independent, non-profit National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) was established in 1972. ASE's mission is to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service through the testing and certification of repair and service professionals.
Tires are the single most important safety feature on your car. They are the only thing that connects the car to the road, and life-saving technologies like antilock brakes and electronic stability control cannot do their job if the tires don't have a good grip on the pavement. As the adage goes, nothing lasts forever.

All I can say is wow. Greg and his team are great folks. I brought in a 67 Mercury Cougar for some power steering work. They got it taken care of and the car is handling better than ever. They know classic cars, which is hard to find around town. Support local business!

I took my car in for a specific service which I had done at a different mechanic previously. After a short period I was told I need a new engine. After having my car for several days. I insisted they do what I had brought the car for. The car runs well after this service. I am keeping a watch on the oil because that is why it was thought I needed a new engine. I had the oil checked a few days ago, and it is full.
