CJ's 3 Express Car Wash

I have been using Jax's for years for oil change & sometimes a car wash. I went today and after the oil change they told me they are not accepting any compounds. Be aware there are no signs and they tell you after. I got a nasty answer when questioning it. I have a few cars so now I will have to find a new place as the $10 dollars adds up when you have more than one car.

Literally arrive though oil change! Done on my lunch break, very upfront about prices and is helpful without being pushy about services. Plus you get a free carwash after the oil change!

About 3 weeks ago, my friend introduced me to these guys. He’s been going here for awhile now. Ironically after introducing me here, they washed his car and broke 2 valves, on his tires. I know that things happen sometimes but as a company owner it’s your job to address the issue.
It’s been over 3 weeks now and my friend still haven’t heard from the owner. We went back last week and the supervisor told my friend the owner will call him. He still haven’t called. I AM ENCOURAGING MY FRIEND TO TAKE THIS GUY TO COURT. It’s not about money now. It’s about principle.

I just called this place about my membership and the lady was extremely unprofessional; she put me on two long holds without notifying me and was rude when I told her that that was wrong. Good customer service is key to any business. I am glad to cancel them.

Super quick car wash. They practically dragged me away from the car so they could move the line along. I just wanted to get something from the trunk. Then they came speeding out of the thing in my car like a bat out of hell. There were some scratches on my paint that weren’t there before. And the interior was still really dirty. Like debris in cup holder, between seats, dust on the dashboard and steering wheel. I didn’t complain or ask for my money back, I just went home and cleaned the inside myself. Oh well.

This is a great place if you want cheep service. You better off doing it yourself. I just went back today and try to give this place a second try but I should had saved my time and money. I paid for VIP but my 3 year could have done better.

Wow!!!! I cant wait until they open the saddle brook location . I currently pay for a monthly service at souring the machines are great but the finishing ( drying and interior is non existent, even though there are people with towels at the end they are a bit overwhelmed) . When using my free pass here I felt bad they practically do a mini detail on my truck and it’s a big truck and they covered every detail . Just wish they had a way to dry the complete back window it’s high but that’s the reason I have someone else wash it lol . Thanks for the free pass I will be purchasing a monthly when

My car paint was damaged in the process. You can clearly see scratches in a circular pattern in several spots, and several other scratches throughout the car. The car has hardened dirt that wasn't there before! And poor to no vacuuming was performed. I am following up with Management.

This use to be my go to car wash. Spend extra for a wax on the car. Did not do a good job. Alot of residue left on the car. 40.00 dollar car wash. You will think they will do a better job. Just do a basic wash. Oil change place A+
