They messaged me a couple of days after the missed appointment below and apologized for not responding to my calls or texts. They offered a discount and said they would come the next day. I even double confirmed via text that they would show up during a 5 hour window, and they confirmed the night before. The day of, we were waiting but they never showed up. I reached out again near the end of the 5 hour window, and they said they were finishing up a job and would be here soon, even though I made it clear that we would not be available at that time. They never sent any text or made any call

Thank you F1! I had someone throw up in my car and desperately needed a detailer to clean and get the odor out. F1 to the rescue -- I spoke with Kyle, told him the issue and he was at my house within the hour. He and his co-worker did an amazing job on the inside -- not a hint of odor and everything looks great. I also had them do an outside detail as well and couldn't be happier. The best part is that I think Kyle knew that I was desperate for help and could have easily overcharged me -- he didn't. So, he's honest, great at what he does, and really pleasant to boot. Couldn't be happier.
