It was not a good experience. I went with MINI COOPER car and selected the $16.00 worth of washing package. And thought, that will include the mentioned services. But, it does not.
Mini Cooper is smaller then usual cars both with length and width, so right side of the car, it did not washed or cleaned properly. It was very disappointing.

Have been going to this location for years…but this time felt very different…and it seems that the lovely new manager, Mike V, is the reason.
The first thing you’ll notice is the new staff. In the past, you’d see maybe two older men — neither of whom cared to see you and had little to offer besides a miserable grunt. I’d say more, but this review is for the current business and not be a criticism of the past. **Beware when using your credit card at this facility.** Went for a car wash September 2021 and paid with a credit card. Just checked my credit card activity and noticed that they took it upon themselves to start charging me 32.05 for monthly car washes. I never authorized this and they DID NOT ask me if this was OK.

I had a great experience going here. The staff was friendly, and the wash was great! High quality wash that left my car spotless. I would definitely come back and plan on doing so. I’ve seen some 1 star reviews for being told to put the car in neutral and not touch the brakes. As far as those reviews are concerned, that’s pretty much common knowledge for 99% of car owners, and if you’re a part of the 1%, luckily there is a nice big sign that tells you to put your car in neutral and not touch the brakes!

Car wash seemed friendly and fun but when I explained I paid $20 for the “unlimited”car wash and my car was still dirty. The employee told me to come back around and try it again. When I pulled around they were complaining that I got the “ultimate” car wash. I apologized for my mislabel and asked how did I spend $20 for my car to still be dirty. The male employee shrugged his shoulders at my complaint. So I continued how I paid $20 for a dirty car and they gave into letting me get another wash only because I was in the line already. After 2 rounds of washing, my car was still dirty. $20

I thought that given how it was a newer looking place, and I paid for a higher package, that they would be able to leave my car looking clean. I still had some residue on my car left over, which in other places comes right off. I guess newer isn't better. The only good thing was 5 minutes for the vacuums, although I hoped that with a car wash I would receive more time free.

Car washes -- When I come for washes its iffy. Mostly good but some spots are left on my car, and scratches (which is to be expected but I never had that much). So wont be coming back.
Vacuum -- I came the other day because I needed vacuum, and I saw on here they do free vacuum. I pull up and had to leave because they charge for vacuum, so maybe its old reviews. So I went somewhere else where its actually free (the day I went I was in area, so wanted to stop by).

I wanted to try a new car wash place and I gave Glow Express a chance. I was just highly disappointed because my car came out the same as before. It just looked like rain happened over night where it gives your car a cleaner look from a distance but if you closely, it's still dirty like before. I wanted to try the more expensive wash but I needed to try the basic one before so I won't be as disappointed. I am glad i didn't pour more money into this. This is a self serve car wash, where there's a machine you can pick what you want and pay upfront. There was a guy to help me pay

I wish I could give it ZERO stars!!!!!!!!!This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. There is no one to make sure the car is properly cleaned because it's automatic you pay at the machine and drive yourself in. One you get out you have to dry and vacuum your car yourself because there is no one there and your car still comes out dirty. I paid $16.00 and the rear back of my truck was not even clean. The chrome at the sides of my car looked tarnished due to the cleaning fluids that they used.

Very friendly guys that work here and are there to assist you with the drive up system they have to pick out a type of wash, a la carte items, etc. You even get 1 free token for the vacuums that lasts 5 minutes, and 1 wet wipe to clean the interior of your vehicle. The wash itself is nothing out of the ordinary to me, and I was not pleased that they don't dry your vehicle with a towel after the wash. I had a shitload of wet spots all over my car. Probably won't come back unless I have to.

Couple of things: What a nice upgrade to what Used to be the lamest drabbest carwash around in an area with very few.. bright paint job, Clean clear signage that helps you know exactly where to drive,what gear to put it in, doesn't force you to abandon your car but instead drive thru for the show lol
We only got the basic 7 buck wash, yet we still got the multi colored foamy array- and they hand you an interior wipe down towelette like your in a fancy restaurant with a hot cloth so your dash & radio & armrests get a sponge bath while your outside is shined up!

This was my first time stopping at this location, and I can easily state I will gladly come back to give them further business. I must admit I feel a little conflicted giving them 5 stars because I didn't pay for my Ultimate Car Wash because I had a free B-Day Ultimate Wash coupon in their loyalty program app called Thanx.
The manager on hand was very surprised about and asked me how I heard about it because no one else or very few other people have used said app.

Another reviewer said that they didn't accept cash but the drive up is electronic and does indeed accept credit. There was a friendly attendant who walked up and helped her with our first experience. They definitely try to sell you on their monthly pass but it's not so overly pushy. Car was was decent, typical drive through experience. Fun for kids because they have led lights in the "waterfall" as you first drive in. A standard wash is $7 but the super wash is about $11...I don't know if there's really a difference since you would drive through the same exact drive
