Payments: In accordance with Texas State Law, payment for services is required at the time of registration. There will be a $35 fee for any returned check. If applicable, late charges will apply as well. Sewer System: Please do not flush baby wipes, adult wipes, Q-tips or hygiene products down any toilet.

This is a great place stay! Office staff is very helpful and personable. Park is pet friendly with a dog park and ponds to stroll around. Located near The Woodlands area of Houston where shopping and restaurants abound. A wonderful H-E-B grocery store is only a block away. Very nice! We enjoyed our weekend here and the Brooks and Dunn concert was epic!

WOW ! We stayed 5 nights in site 244 overlooking the pond with ducks, geese, birds, and turtles that kept us entertained while we learned about our new RV. The lady in the office couldn't have been more helpful in assisting with our needs to facilitate our arrival. The park does have recreational vehicles that are longer term but clean it is. Hope to stay here another time down the road. Thank you Woodlands Lakes!!!

Woodland Lakes RV Park is an amazing place to stay if you love a phenomenal staff, perfect grounds, peace and quiet, and some good fishing!! I loved staying here!! The staff was hands down the best of the best with everything!! I will definitely be coming back in the future!! Thank you Woodland Lakes for everything!!

Fantastic park to live or stop for a while! We looked at a lot of parks around the area, this was the only one with grown trees for shade & gravel, instead of blistering heat concrete.
Also, the administration when we lived there are very kind and helpful, as is the maintenance crew. We lived there for about 2 years, & miss the people and the lakes. Beautiful park. 😘 To all my friends out there, we really miss you guys/gals! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! Hopefully no one breaks a water pipe this year. 😉

The online reservations were easy to make. They have a Good Sam discount which is nice. The office staff was very friendly and hospitable. It is a quaint place with several water features, patios for each campsite, fishing, playground, club house, and dog park. The bath house only had one unisex bathroom. My husband had a hot shower; mine was not hot. We would stay there again if our travels take us back.

I enjoyed the park. The grounds are well kept. The park is expanding and a laundry, bathrooms, and showers in the new end should be put in. Also more consistent attention should be given to the bathrooms and showers that are installed (they need to be cleaned more often). All and all the stay was pleasant, area kept up well and people managing the park were helpful and gracious. I would stay there again.
