At Northway Irrigation, we consider the preliminary homeowner meeting to be one of the most vital parts of the overall project installation. We think it is important to come out to your home, introduce ourselves and discuss what you want in an irrigation system. After we get your system specifications and describe what is available to you, we then walk your yard.

We will measure the property; look at slopes, landscapes and sun interaction to determine how the system should be constructed. After we compose a detailed description of the property and put together a material take-off, we then bid the project accordingly. All these services are "on the house" and considered to be part of the installation.
Services
We do Spring start-ups, fall winterizations and everything in between. Northway Irrigation has a dedicated service staff that handles all sorts of services and water management issues. Be sure to take advantage of our Spring start-up services. We are continually providing new technologies to improve water efficiencies on our irrigation systems.
It is enforced by your local municipality. Your backflow preventor will need to be inspected yearly by a Certified and Licensed backflow prevention tester. Make sure that whoever you have test your backflow or RPZ has their license. They will give you a copy of the Inspection report and will file the report with the City for you.
Northway Irrigation installed a 3 part irrigation system at the Target Field Station. A specialized deep root watering system was installed to each individual tree. The raised planting beds have dripline that keep the plants healthy and green while conserving water. The rooftop irrigation system waters the same grass that is on the field, promoting LEED certification of the Target Field project.
VIP Scheduling-No need to worry about contacting us for your start up, check ups or winterization with auto scheduling and reminders. You also receive priority scheduling when calling in for service. With check ups, you can have a peace of mind that your system is operating at it's best. Since your system runs at night, many people don't notice problems, and a lot of water and money can be wasted.

We had Northway install an irrigation system last fall. They say they're too busy to winterize and blow out the system this fall. They didn't know of anyone else who could help me. That's great customer service and a great way to generate customer loyalty -- not. Thanks!

Critical: Professionalism
Rude customer service, and poor professionalism from the crew. They have no regard for your personal property or your neighbors. Not paying attention, they trampled all over my flowers when there was plenty of room to work around them.

Simply outstanding!! From Bid to Completion we could not have found a better company to address our sprinkler issues. Without exaggeration, they were the only company that would take the time to understand our needs, come up with a creative solution, be competitively priced, and implement within the time and budget they had originally quoted us. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in the Coon Rapids, Andover, Ham Lake area. Nice job Cory, Don, Carol and Rick!
