I am the opposite of an expert electronic but know that Randy certainly helped me solve the 5 problems I was experiencing on my laptop. In addition he improved the speed and removed some providers which he showed were doing more harm than good. He also took time to explain certain things and never became impatient. I would absolutely recommend his service to anyone.

Randy did a GREAT job cleaning up my laptop which had been accumulating bugs for the last three years. No drama, he was professional, extremely competent, and just came in and went to work, not only with the "de-bugging", but also reorganizing and simplifying the entire set-up, apps, everything. My laptop is lightening quick now and a lot more user friendly. I think his pricing is really fair, especially for a home visit.
