My teenage son has been boxing with Rich for about 2 years. Rich has given him a concrete understanding of boxing technique AND a solid fitness foundation that will last his whole life. Rich is the exact type of mentor I want for my son - a solid human who challenges him just enough to make him stronger physically and mentally.

Rich shows up 100% focused on his clients. He has tons of knowledge not only about boxing but general fitness in general. For me it’s so important to get the technical stuff down while also getting a killer workout in and Rich has perfected this formula. He is extremely discerning to have the ability to know how to push you but not too much. Very happy with my private trainings!

I live in town and would often drive by Rich Dean Boxing wondering what was going on in there while humming a few minutes of the Rocky soundtrack. One day I decided just to pull the trigger, booked an appointment online and showed up. Had no idea what to expect, just wanted to check it out. So glad I did. The first couple of sessions were tough probably because my muscles hadn't been used in years, but once I got settled in and started going regularly, after just a month or two, I can tell I am getting stronger. I have been out of shape for a long time due to life happening, injuries, illness,

I’m a beginner at age 41 I was never a gym person, gyms and trainers always intimidated me. I never felt like I could learn to exercises correctly. Well Rich Dean has definitely changed that for me, I feel comfortable and at ease, Rich has been so awesome, he is patient and kind, not to mention an inspiration to look at! The gym, equipment and shower are all extremely clean. My friend and I work next door and use the amenities, so this is first hand experience. I plan to be with Rich as long as I’m a Westport business resident! He makes the experience what it is for me for sure! Sessions are

Rich Dean is a great coach and takes his client's health, fitness and boxing abilities very seriously. His clients come first and he is very responsive to your fitness needs and wants everyone to reach their goals. I have been going to Rich Dean for boxing training since I moved to town about 4 years ago. I haven't looked back. He has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in boxing and can adjust to a client's skill level and their interests of getting a great workout or learning the sport. I'm very pleased with the results and the growth. The personal attention makes a big difference. I would
