This Apartment Complex is THE WORST PLACE I've lived in because THEY DONT ALWAYS ANSWER THE PHONE, THEIR SERVICE IS SUPER BAD THE neighborhood is SUPER MESSED UP, during the summer they say that Every Monday they will clean the pool and its ALWAYS never clean. These past 2 weeks I've have called the office so many times to get something fixed and they keep saying," I will put the order in" every time. Even though they should've already done it since I called so many times. My rent got super high and they wont tell me why and its super ridiculous. The office ladies aren't the best unless its Evelyn

First off the gate is broken and very unnecessary, second the doors very old and worn out, they charge unnecessary fees and the vents are really old and dusty, the water turns off unexpectedly and they don’t let you know. when we first moved in there was a big dead roaches on the floor. I can go on and on and if I could give zero stars I would, horrible place.

I love the apartment layout and the staff and maintenance is great. The only disadvantage is that parking is terrible. I am never able to park in front of my apartment after 4pm. This is hassle sometimes since I have a newborn. Also, there are a lot of trees. I’ve seen a different insect or roach just about every day. Some even fall from the ceiling. Again, this is frustrating because I’ve seen these bugs crawling on my newborns things and one almost fell on him. Pest control takes about a week.
