We tend to focus on the joys of new relationships, new homes, new jobs, new roles, promotions and other steps forward in life, but they may also bring new challenges to be met and problems to be solved. I can help. Retirement, downsizing, relocating and planning for life's 'second act' bring different satisfactions and concerns.
I can help with these transitions, as well. I also help people who are dealing with significant losses, including illness, the stress of caregiving, being parted from family and friends, or coping with the death of important people in their lives. I treat depression, anxiety, fears and phobias, stress-related disorders, and psychological symptoms related to medical disorders.
