Services
Dr. Rahmani obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from American University of the Caribbean in 1998. He completed a surgical internship in Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, N.Y. He then continued his training, completing his general psychiatric residency training in the New York University (NYU) School of Medicine Psychiatry Residency Program at North Shore University Hospital (NSUH) in Manhasset, NY.

Each professional in our office has been selected due to their individual reputation for compassion, understanding, desire for continuous research and education, and a commitment toward providing the best care possible for each patient.
Immediately upon entering our suite, you will find yourself in a relaxing and soothing "spa-like"environment. Comfortable seating, relaxing sounds, magazines about meditation and exotic travel and our two hundred gallon African Cichlid aquarium will comfort anyone who arrives early. In this spacious 350 square foot modern designed office no detail is spared and every effort is made to ensure your comfort.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rahmani's for 3 years. He works with compassion, and his caring nature is evident in his patient care. His clinical wisdom has made all the difference in my mental and emotional healing and growth. I consistently receive professional and courteous treatment when dealing with him or any member of his staff.
We offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to individuals needing medication to manage their mental illness. The program provides consultations to primary care providers and coordinates care with other mental health providers. General psychiatry has three sub-specialties - addiction psychiatry, rehabilitation psychiatry and liaison psychiatry.

Dr. Siony- who is actually a psychologist majoring in nutrition- is unbelievable! She listens to your problems whether they're food related or not & she helps you. She helps find the source of the eating disorder- or ED as she calls it- and helps you tackle that problem. If you have any issue diet related or not and you don't have an appt with her you can always text her and she will help you!
