We went there for a checkup and got a bill of more than $30. Preventive exams were supposed to be 100% covered by our insurance plans. Others in our family went to a different practice and pay nothing for a checkup. The insurance company told us we got the bill because 2 of the codes they submitted to were not under preventive and they could have done it under preventive so we don't have to pay! Very frustrated.

I went there for a check up and waited for him for 20 minutes while he was just running his mouth on the phone and after I finish seeing him he proscribe so medicine and blood work...they never called me back for the results and they sent my meds prescription to another store in another county...I'm never going back to that place and I'm also will tell my unpleasant experience to anyone that is thinking of seeing this clinic.

Dr. Gupta and his staff are AMAZING!!! This is not an understatement. I originally started seeing Dr. Gupta in Holy Cross Hosp with a very high HR, perspiration, wheezing. I was a mess!!!! No matter what those doctors said he listened and he ensured me and ran all the necessary test. He didn’t say I’m too young. He didn’t ignore me, I find that absolutely amazing so I made him my PCP. After following up with him, I had to deal with his staff for referrals and so forth. They were so welcoming, very very efficient and detailed oriented. I love this office and Dr. Gupta.

New to the area and my insurance company referred me to Dr. Gupta because he was the closest doctor to me that was in my network. The receptionist was so kind and nice and Dr. Gupta was warm and thorough. While I was only there for a prescription refill, he made sure that I had no other issues that I was concerned about. As a nurse, I see doctors all day, and you can tell when one genuinely loves what he does and cares about the well-being of his patients--I would recommend Dr. Gupta to my friends and family!
