Firstly, I wish to state how I hate leaving negative reviews, for anyone. However, Being a patient of Dr Kannan has been amongst one of the worst experiences that I've ever had in my life. I wish to spare anyone else the unprofessionalism and negligence if I can, as I do not believe anyone can afford to be treated by their primary care provider as I have. She's quick to prescribe medications, and less apt to focus on lifestyle changes for health, which is what really helps a patient maintain their health I believe. Being a new patient was pretty fast!! Dr Sanjeev was great explaining my care. Kwane was very patient with my blood draw!!

Dr. Kannan is not only compassionate, but she listens to my concerns and takes then all seriously.

Dr. Kannan is the most knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring primary care physician I have known. She really takes her time and each visit is very comprehensive. I have never felt rushed and appointments are scheduled quickly. After visits, she has called me personally several times, even on the weekend, to deliver results or provide follow-up. I feel it is five-star concierge care in the hands of an extremely thorough and professional doctor.

Dr.Kannan is my family doctor for over 10 years. PCP doctors are very caring and attentive to your concerns. I highly recommended Dr.Kannan and Dr.Bala.

Dr. Kannan is the best primary care physician I've ever had. I've moved around the US quite a lot and have had a lot of PCPs that left me feeling like they just wanted to run up my deductible. I feel comfortable with Dr. Kannan, and more importantly, I feel like I can trust her. She listens, provides advice, and she makes sure you're comfortable. It will be a shame when I undoubtedly move again and will no longer get to see Dr. Kannan.

Dr. Kannan is my PCP for at least a year and during this time she has demonstrated extraordinary medical skills. She is forward thinking and innovative. She has a topnotch harlow app.

Very unprofessional. Dr. was only kind to you on your first day of the visit. She did not explain the lab work results or anything in detail. I waited for an hour to see Dr for 5 min. The staffs are very rude as well. Worst service and communication.

I love this office. Peggy is so caring and professional, and both doctors are wonderful, thorough prsctitioners and decent humans. They took care of my grandparents and my parents and now my husband and I!

NEVER COMING BACK HERE. The manager "peggy" was so rude to me on my first visit. While the nurse and receptionist were more kind, it didnt matter because of the amount of rudeness coming from the manager to a patient that was just sick.

Walk-ins NOT welcome. I even called first and spoke with someone on the phone about fees for walk-in before I wasted my time to drive over. Not what I want to deal with when I have a fever for three days and barely have the energy to get out of bed.

The doctors and staff are great. They do not overbook, so when you arrive you are seen within a few minutes. They promptly handle refills and most importantly, they treat elderly patients well and take time to listen to their concerns.

So far so good!

I had a 3pm appointment that I waited 45min after my appointment time(which is why I didn't gave them a 5 star rating)
The doctor came in the room and she was very patient and nice. I feel confident she is thorough. I am looking forward to her being my doctor!

Also, I love the fact if you need to reschedule a appointment you don't have to get an appointment 28 days after the rescheduled one(HUGE PLUS!)
