Daniel Safo Kantanka is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) board certified through the American Nursing Credentialing Center. He had his training and education at Chamberlain University. Daniel Kantanka, FNP joins Kelly Collaborative Medicine with 7 years of nursing experience. He has interest in preventative care and general medicine.

Our doctor is trained in Internal Medicine, and our support team is prepared to respond to your health concerns. This has been the worst experience with a doctors office my family has experienced. When asked to provide a sample I found the restroom unclean and another sample in the sample window. They treated another customer without dignity for being 15 minutes late while I was waiting. They treated my wife like she should have known what tests were being performed prior to her visit, told her contradicting things in the same conversation, and overall treated her without dignity. My family won’t be going back and I hope your family can avoid any such pain.

In all my years of going to various doctor's offices, I have never come across the professionalism and competence of Kelly Collaborative Medicine. I simply can not say enough good things about this practice. From the moment you walk in the door, everything is calm and quiet, immediately putting you at your ease. To top that, the office staff and Nurse Practitioner that saw my brother, were absolutely the most caring people and gave 100% effort toward his care.

I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for over 6 years and I could not be more pleased with the quality of care and her genuine concern for her patients. She has great bedside manner and really knows her stuff. She will encourage you to get a second opinion and doesn't just push things on you because its what she thinks is best. Great doctor!!

It is the worst office to go. They really don’t care about patients. I had a month long appointment but they made me wait for more than an hour before I see the doctor. They don’t even really care how long you waited. When you ask them a question, they got irritated. They seemed the don’t love their job or may be they are not satisfied.

Scheduled a virtual appointment at 9:30am for 1:00pm same day. Anoa was precise, friendly, and knowledgeable. She listened to my issues, asked concise questions, and made recommendations on how to proceed. The convenience and quality of care offered by this practice is the best I have yet experienced. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and can vouch for their virtual service during a time when many will be seeking this.

Kelly Collaborative is a wonderful place with staff that truly care and are easy to talk to. They really listen to your concerns and do their best to help you. They are knowledgeable and friendly. This is probably the best doctor I’ve ever had......BUT it’s also by far the slowest I’ve ever had as well. I have never actually seen the doctor until over an hour after my appointment time. I have never gotten out of a visit without it taking about 2 hours minimum and this is for simple things. This is not a place you can go to before going to work unless your gonna just take the morning off.
