My husband and I had our hearts set on having a video game arcade cabinet at our wedding. When our original plans fell through, I called Events Unlimited's Portland office and inquired about their availability. The phone call was quick and informative -- and we were able to arrange to rent the cabinet for the event, which was only two weeks away.
The pricing was very reasonable, considering it included delivery and set up. Delivery was very prompt (they delivered on the early end of the window they quoted us) and they handled set up and pick up of the arcade machine without needing to interface

Planing a corporate event for over 2500 people and needed a ton of rentals. After sending multiple online inquiries I deiced to just give them a call to see if they were even in business. Spoke to someone and was going over our basics needs, she asked if I would be needing any entertainment such as bounce houses etc. I told her that we had those covered. She then informed me that due to their insurance coverage, if we are doing business with other vendors that offer similar products such as entertainment (bounce houses) then they are unable to do business with us. If you want a stress free event, this is definitely NOT the place to use. We were showing a movie to our work colleagues at 11:30am and requested a popcorn machine be delivered at 9am (so we could have the popcorn popped for 100 people ready to go).
The time was confirmed and the owner said she would send the contract over. After several follow up emails and phone calls, we received the contract the evening before the event with the time for popcorn machine delivery set at 1pm (an hour after our event was OVER).
