Q: How does delivery work? A: If your event is located in the Portland area, delivery/pickup is a flat fee of $100. Some outlying areas of Portland could have a higher rate. If your event is located outside this area and/or delivery access is difficult, please ask us for a custom quote. Our normal business hours are 9AM-8PM.
Event Co. offers full service event production and design for any small or large scale occasion. We specialize in decor, draping, tablescapes, chairs, tables, and uplighting. Our services include design conceptualization, custom prop creation, custom sourcing, execution, and teardown. We strive to create unique and unforgettable experiences while staying true to your vision!
We can provide custom draping for any occasion! It is amazing how the right fabric can completely change the atmosphere of a room. A drab space can be easily transformed into a chic getaway. Unsightly corners can become the centers of attention. Sometimes only draping can get you that ambiance you desire and that is why we are here to help!

This company is the best! The owners Art & Irina are so kind and easy to work with. They have great communication and make the process easy. They helped me with my wedding two years ago and with a church event that we did just recently. They consistently deliver great service and their rentals are quality and in wonderful condition. From arrival, set up & pickup, they are always on time. I highly recommend them for your event!!

Their chairs are in perfect condition, they truly take the extra step to make sure its all in good condition. They were very easy to work with, the prices were very good. I chose them for my wedding and I am so glad I did. They have been with me every step of the way and offer lots of advice even though I'm just renting chairs. The owners are so kind and their chairs are in amazing condition! They take such care in transporting their products and make sure there is no damage. I have had the best experience.

I ordered clear Chiavari chairs for my daughter's wedding this summer - Event Co. was not only reasonably priced, the service was excellent and the chairs were exactly what I wanted and arrived in perfect condition! They delivered them to Cannon Beach for us and were very accommodating. We were very happy with the experience renting from them and would use them again!!

My best friend had a good experience with this company and recommended them to me, so I decided to hire them. I was very happy with the service I received for my wedding. I had a direct number to the owner for any questions, and they did a good job following up and making sure to work with any last minute changes I had. They came to set up the chairs early and also picked them up after the wedding. Very reliable hassle free company. All the chairs looked very good. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a worry free experience.

Event Co. party and wedding rentals was recommended to me by my friend that has had a very good experience with the company when he needed a few hundred gold chiavari chairs for his wedding. I'm very glad that I listened to my friend's advice because I too have nothing but good to say about my experience. For my wife's graduation party we needed chairs, tables, dinnerware, tablecloths and décor. We were happy with the white folding chairs and tables that we rented, they were nice and clean.
