Now that you have secured "YOUR BOX" and the items you need for your big day. VIAB will visit the event site and find out where things will be placed. On your big day, ViaB will carefully load and pack all your rentals and deliver to your site. VIAB will setup and place all the items you have rented allowing you and your family to relax and focus on other details of the event.
At the end of your event VIAB staff will pick up everything that has been rented from us, so no stacking, packing or hauling.

After talking things over with our family over the last few days ( and being on a tiring venue search for almost 6 months ) we are beyond thrilled to say we've made a decision to go ahead and book with you to have our wedding at our parents property in La Center. Nestled in the trees just minutes off I-5, this Beautiful Park has a Historic Pavilion with room for Catering, Brides Suite, Grooms area and a Staging Kitchen, Ceremony Site just steps away in a wooded Grotto. Gorgeous Park located just 5 miles South of Estacada along beautiful Clear Creek. This park is surrounded by towering fir trees and wide open spaces and offers multiple areas with shelters with power, playground, ball field and trails.
We have great Caterers we love working with who offer a great menu, wonderful presentation and an affordable price. These are our Best of the Best we highly recommend. Whether you choose Live Music or perhaps a Dj we can assist you in finding one that is right for your event. Amazing, probably the best thing I can say. I called to rent 15 chairs for a celebration of life for my father-in-law that passed unexpectedly and they said we can help. They delivered the chairs to me and when I asked if I pay now or later I was told this one is on us. I was speechless. I will always be using this company for anything they can supply. Thank you so much for a heartwarming gesture in such a bad time.

I’m so highly impressed with the quality of products I rented from Venue in a Box!! Really beautifully maintained and clean, with a huge variety of items to choose from; their showroom is amazing!! That being said, I’m over-the-top blessed to have found these two amazing individuals that own and operate Venue in a Box, Cindy and Chris! We hired them for my son’s wedding, and their attention to detail and their skill, knowledge and overall care and concern for our event was something I’ve truly never experienced with any other company I’ve ever hired. We had a delivery of chairs scheduled for our wedding. They arrived, got the chairs set up, and were very polite. The chairs were picked up at the scheduled time, with no disturbance to the wedding reception. We also appreciated the cancellation policy (unpredictable spring weather!), and they were willing to drive over an hour to deliver the chairs to our venue. And the chairs looked great in our photos! We were very happy with our choice to rent chairs from Venue in a Box.
