I just needed to say the the property manager Krystina went way above any expectations I have ever had coming from a leasing office. I have a very loud neighbor above me and I complained a few times. She fixed the issue in a timely manner and I could not be happier. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! ❤️

I'm actually shocked by some of the comments below because I researched apartments from Tumwater to Burien to Kent for about three weeks and there were three apartment communities that stood out amongst the rest. Arbor Pointe was one of those three. After talking with Mai by email and text messaging, they quickly became #1. Yeah I get that maybe they don't have marble counter tops and it is a large diverse community of military, students, families, etc. but for the kindness and helpful response from staff so far, I am incredibly impressed. We are leaving a place that in four years the landlord

Kristina is the best community manager that this community could ever be managed by. I work in property management myself and Kristina is by far amazing and extremely professional and really cares for her residents!

LIVING HERE NOW. Worst apartment choice. Getting complaints and EVICTION warning due to a neighbor I beleive doesn’t like me why IDK. I’ve tried talking to office and sending text. No response. I can’t even wake up and goto work without problems. Hot water wasn’t working. Maintenance seemed to be looking around while fixing. Water leaked on the floor from sink. Bad smell. And neighbors STOMP all night. WORST CHOICE EVER thinking of bringing a lawyer in now and handling all matters in court. Tired of being harassed and treated wrong

Arbor pointe charges a 200 deposit but when you move out they will charge a mandatory fee of 120 for a single apartment cleaning, 150 for carpet cleaning, and various other charges totaling about 500. I professionally cleaned in the past and every apartment I’ve ever left has been spotless. They are just trying to steal more money from their residents. I paid on time every time, didn’t cause issues, and barely asked them for any help. I had plumbing issues that were ignored, even after multiple messages, and when I moved in my apartment was too dirty to live in. The heat didn’t work in one

I met with the manager and toured the facility. Up front with her about wanting a short 6 month lease and that was fine, she had one available and I applied for it and submitted the $240 to hold that apartment...then she emails me that I have to either make it 5 months or 8 months. I'm sorry, but meeting and knowing that I wanted a 6 month lease and was never told about having to stay for 8 months or cut my lease short was not brought up in any conversation. Needless to say now I'm out $240 and back to looking for a place to live. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Brittney Richard the manager will not give a final notice, you end up in collections as your final notice.
Keep over 10 copies of your renters insurance and please please PLEASE, make sure they do not look like military orders, those end up in the trash and the $50 no insurance fee is added to your account, also without any notification this is going to happen. If you need a respectfully interaction, go else where.
Twice I was waiting for the office to open so I could get a couple packages, they pull up and see you waiting and then leave the property so they don’t have to interact with anyone

You can't let your kids outside or take your dog to the bathroom without stepping in dog feces. It's everywhere and they even have a groundskeeper. I've stayed there for 3 years only because I was in the military and it was close to base. There were probably 7 different managers who got fired in them 3 years because they can't do things correctly. You will also have a hard time getting maintenance to do work orders my heater in one room was broke for over a year.

If your military don’t live here!
Every bad review I have read is true.
The photos are externally misleading or they only took photos of the more updated apartments.
My carpet smells like it’s from the 70s. The old carpet smell won’t go away. I strongly suggest not getting an apartment unless it has new carpet. I am also pretty sure I have mold under my carpet.
Parking is horrible I pay for a spot that’s 4 building down from mine, but I need it for when I don’t have a open spot close to my apartment.
The office and maintenance staff have been super nice to my family though. That’s
