I had a really good experience with this agency. The agents are friendly, helpful and truthful. Even though I had a six month contract I had to leave the house earlier and they were understanding and really helpful with the process. This is a few weeks overdue, but heartfelt. I have never met Antony Zammitt in person, but I consider him a friend and advocate. My husband and I owned an investment property in Chicago. We are seniors who live in California. We wanted to sell the property and that is how Antony and Lofty came into our lives. It took a year, first to get the non paying tenant out, by evection. I can't say enough good things about Lofty. I hired them to manage my property since I live out of state and haven't looked back since. I would HIGHLY recommend Lofty! They are truly amazing, personal, on point, and reliable when searching for an apartment (rentals). Tomas was our agent and was always responsive in a timely manner via email, text, and phone. Andrew is the best - hands down! I recommend him to anyone who needs help renting an apartment and have his number saved in my phone.
