I wanted to give feedback on my recent use of this business. My 2018 BMW had a crack in the windshield and I was hoping to find business in Kitsap to replace. After researching, chose Auto Glass Plus. I requested OEM windshield and parts. Due to new technology, also needed recalibrated. After install, had error messages that were calibration related. Troy requested I take to BMW and have checked. BMW was able to correct the issue and Troy from Auto Glass Plus covered the cost! Would definitely recommend this business.

After calling around, this business had the lowest quote to replace my windshield. To my surprise, I got an appointment right away. They quoted a 2 hour time frame for the replacement and it was done in 2 hours and 5 minutes. My car looked like it did when I bought it.The employees seemed helpful and caring. It was a real pleasure doing business with them.

It doesn't look like much. It's waiting area is pretty outdated and unfortunately interesting.
Customer service is spot on, fast quick and reliable service. Fair prices and no hassle.
A neighbor took my window out with a rock and his lawn mower. They got me taken care of super quick, and they were helpful and easy to work with.

Had a great experience here. Work was done quick and you can't tell the difference between the factory windshield and my new one.
Price was the best I found in Kitsap, less than half the price of the other places and I didn't have to go through insurance. Total cost was less than what I would have paid for my deductible anyway.

My Jeep was sprayed with gravel by a semi speeding through a WSDOT road work area getting new pavement. I ended up with 5 pits - couple of which were not repairable. I called the Jeep dealer and asked about replacing the windshield. They said they did not do that work and recommended Auto Glass Plus. I had had a side window replaced there 25 years ago and was happy with their work then. I called and got a very knowledgeable person (Amy) who was able to confirm they had a windshield on hand and scheduled an appointment within about 2 minutes. Something came up and I asked to postpone my replacement

Price is great, and are able to get you in right away. The problem is the follow up after. Our windshield was rattling on the way home from picking it up. Called right away and was told for them to fix their own faulty work, we had to make an appt, and they had none open. What!?! Still waiting for a call back to get it in and fixed right.

I live out of state but have gone here three times while visiting Bremerton. First time was to replace a window in a Lexus, the second time was to replace a back door window in a motorhome and the 3rd time was to have chips in a motorhome windshield repaired. The customer service is excellent and their prices are less than the larger outlets. The last time I visited (July 2015) I had paid for the repair when the tech noticed a second chipped area. I went in to pay for the 2nd chip repair and the receptionist told me no extra charge!!!

Unfortunately my experience with them was not very good. The staff was very friendly but we had a HUGE miscommunication in regards to our insurance covering the windshield replacement on my car. My mother and I were told, after she and the two ladies behind the counter spoke to the insurance people, that we could put in a claim for the replacement. Therefore our insurance would cover the cost. Since the cost would be less than the $500 deductible. Well later come to find out that wasn't correct. We couldn't put in a claim because IT WAS LESS.
