Coach Garret is the best out there! I appreciate his patience and positive attitude no matter what is going on. People may think that their fitness journey is all about nutrition and exercise but, it is way more than that. Coach Garret helped me change how I approach this whole "weight loss" process by focusing on my mindset. I had a habit of categorizing food and beating myself when I felt I was doing "bad." I never knew how detrimental this was until I started my journey with him. I am so thankful to have found him and his team and the only regret I have is not starting sooner

Garret and his team are amazing! I highly recommend signing up for this program if you've been trying to lose weight, get stronger, whatever your goals are. Garret makes it really easy to follow along with the meal plan and workouts by taking into account what actually works best for you. Nothing is forced upon you. Ultimately, the physical results feel really good and are pretty much inevitable with this program. But the most valuable thing I have gained from this experience is a new perspective. I've learned to cut myself some slack, take things one day at a time, and investigate why

I am very thankful for Coach Lucy and Coach Garret. They are always striving to be in the know when it comes to fitness and nutrition. They are GR8 at walking alongside and continuously ask for feedback to improve. This is a group you want to have in your corner if you are wanting to get healthy or you have struggled with being healthy. It is easy for me to be discouraged, and yet they refuse to let me be.

Nice small gym with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thanks to virtual classes ever since the pandemic started I've been able to keep working out. If you are interested in weight loss, they also offer that and coaches are very knowledgeable and guide you each step of the way and they work with you one on one. Great gym. I really recommend it.

I love GR8 Body Fitness. All of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and worked closely with me to reach my goals. Classes are small an dthe nutrition plan keeps me on track without leaving me feeling deprived. I count them closer as friends than coaches.

I joined GR8 Body Fitness almost a year ago! They have been a lifesaver...and I'm NOT exaggerating when I say that. My triglycerides were at 200 back in August 2019. My doctor said I needed to change that or I would increase my chances of getting diabetes. At my last doctor's appointment my triglycerides were down to 80!!! I've lost more than 22 pounds and I'm still going. I no longer weigh more than 200lbs!

GR8 Body Fitness is more than just a gym, they make you feel part of a family since the moment you get there. They have an area for your kids to play in the mean time you are in class. The coaches are awesome and I love how they make every class a fun way to workout. In addition, they provide the nutrition guidance that you need to hit your goals, whether is loose weight or gain some muscle. It's a whole package in only one place.

I love working out at Gr8 Body Fitness! The coaches are all friendly and knowledgeable, the members are nice, and the workouts are tailored to challenge you at your fitness level. I like that all fitness levels are welcome and the workouts are only 30 minutes! They also offer nutritional and health tips, and Fitranx for taking it to the next level.

This is a hidden neighborhood gem of the South Bay! (Literally hidden because it's in the back left corner of the plaza.)
I've been working out since the 90's (24 fitness, 4 different personal trainers, marathons and Sprint triathlons), but haven't got sustainable results till I came to this gym.

I have been taking classes here for a while and really enjoy them. The staff is very friendly and really take an interest in getting to know you. Lucy is wonderful and really worked with me during my pregnancy when I was unable to do certain exercises. They work around any injuries you might have. The classes I take are only 30 minutes but those are pretty intense classes that give you a full body workout. Every class is different and it's always a surprise as to what you will be doing, which is great. They have a variety of challenges and events throughout the year for you to participate

I have been to many gyms and always seem to fallback after a few months but here at GR8 Body Fitness you get motivation and the drive to keep at it! The coaches are awesome and very dedicated, always feels like they personally invest time in you!! Love it! And kids gym is GREAT too!!

So like most people when it comes to fitness we tend to put it in the back of our minds. My wife had first joined this gym prior to our wedding over a year ago. I have to admit it did transform her, I was hesitant to join because I already had a free gym membership at my place of work at the time. Why would I spend if I didn't have to, right? Wrong!!!! I joined Gr8 body to participate in their six week New Years Fitness Challenge. Although i was reluctant at first -- and let's face it, SCARED -- It's been an amazing experience! The instructors are great, welcoming and helpful. I was nervous that there would be some things I couldn't do physically but they were patient, happy to modify and let you work up to the full excersize. The meal planning and help was great, and apparently very effective -- I lost 27lbs in 6 weeks and can finally say the baby weight is GONE!

I started a couple months ago after purchasing a groupon and have now become a member. It has been absolutely the best experience I've had with a fitness program. It's only 30 minutes and you see results. None of the workouts have been the same since I started. At the start of the class the trainer goes over the workout and you complete the work out based on reps or time. Don't worry, the trainer keeps you on track.

If you are trying to get in shape and you want a supportive environment, this is the gym for you. First of all... the staff is incredible. They make you feel like you matter and they create a family environment. I appreciate the diversity at this gym as well in every way: age, race, size, gender, etc. It is such a warm and welcoming place.

I found out about this place by purchasing a groupon. I had my doubts because I have tried similar gyms through groupon deals, and have always been disappointed. This experience has been much different. The owner and his wife are young entrepreneurs

Gr8 Body Fitness has been such a great place to get into the habit of working out and sticking with it. The owner and main coach, Garret, is patient and thorough in his instructions, and he pays attention to each person in his classes to make sure we are completing exercises correctly to avoid injury. In the past, I've ended up unhappy at gyms and studios because I felt intimidated and isolated. I don't know why it took me such a long time to write a review for GR8 Body Fitness (I guess I now spend more time getting fit rather than yelping...) But it is the one and only workout program that I've been able to stick with, approaching almost one year since I started my fitness journey with Coach Garret.

I don't write many reviews but I must make an exception for GR8 Body Fitness. I have been coming to this gym with my wife for the past, year now and have seen some very dramatic changes in my body so has my wife. I have dropped about 2 pant sizes and about 4.5% in body fat. I would recommend to anyone that wants to get in shape or just looking to stay fit to join coach Garrett and the rest of the GR8 Body Fitness team.

Coach Garrett fosters a wholesome, fitness and health orientate atmosphere where you can thrive as an individual but at the same time fell like you are part of a team/family

This place is AMAZING!!!! Coach Garret is determined to make you fit. He works with you, if you have any medical limitations, or injuries. I originally heard about this place through a friend of mine and it was one of the best decisions I've made this year. I started in early February and I plan to continue through for the remaining year. The workout sessions are only 30 minutes, but man are they intense!!! You definitely get a solid workout. The other people in the class are also so supportive and welcoming. Garret pushes you to the absolute limit, which is gr8 because it holds you accountable

Garret is very intuitive. He can tell when you really can or really can't and gives everyone personal attention even though the class is only 30 minutes. He always makes himself available after class if you have questions. Gr8 body fitness isn't really like a gym, it's more like a personal trainer with lots of weights and other things that will make you stronger. I've never been able to push myself this hard at the gym without feeling self conscious I love it

Last November I decided to do something for me. I wanted to feel good about myself again... and I wanted to look good too ;) When I found out I was pregnant shortly after I started working out, I didn't think I could continue working out. I was wrong! Garret ensured me that he would modify my workouts as needed, and he does just that. In doing so, he's never bothered by me asking for alternative exercises, and pushes me to do the best I can with what I can still do.
