Optimal health and wellness is different for everyone and this includes what we eat, how much we move, what we think and feel about ourselves, and the world around us. Practicing mindfulness and mind-body centered therapies allows us to connect to our authentic self and ultimately live more powerfully.

When we are able to live our truth, we allow others to be inspired to do the same. Thus, we are able to transform not only our own life, but the lives of those around us. Cristi was my therapist for 10+ years while she lived in Atlanta. I recently reconnected for a massage while in LA and am happy to report that her work is still as good as ever!

This 90 day reset assists you in gaining new habits and powerfully bring you into the next phase of your wellness journey. This program was designed to get you back on track and reboot those healthy habits you desire.
The study of yoga as I have come to understand it, is about BEING present for each moment and having the willingness to step onto our mat and pay attention. The breath is where the journey begins for many of us. Our breath is what anchors us to the now and can keep us aware of each thought and feeling that may come through as we begin to move on our mat.
