New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers provide partial day and intensive outpatient treatment to both adults and adolescents. We are licensed by the State of Texas and Accredited by the Joint Commission. Our mental health programs are designed to provide individuals and their families the tools that they need to overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger, suicidal thoughts, and other emotional and behavioral problems.
Psychiatric Hospital - Psychiatric hospitalization is designed to help people that are in crisis. Treatment typically lasts between 3 to 5 days and focuses on helping people stabilize in a controlled environment. The overall goal of our adult psychiatric programs is to help individuals and families get back to living a healthy life as quickly as possible. The programs are designed to be intensive and to supplement the individual and family therapy that a client may already be receiving. Treatment is completely individualized and focuses on the issues that matter most to the client.
The Adult Chemical Dependency Program is an evening program that is designed to provide structured treatment for adults that are struggling with alcohol and drug abuse issues. The program is a 12-step based program and is designed to allow individuals the opportunity to begin the treatment process and develop the knowledge they need for long term recovery and lasting sobriety.

I cannot speak for the abilities of the current staff, as I was there years ago, but I can say that the procedure/setup they have there is solid. I would be dead if it were not for this facility. I will always owe a debt of gratitude towards New Dimensions, and particularly to Dawn and Carol from way back when.

Conveniently located, New Dimensions offered the outpatient program our relative needed after a hospitalization for bipolar disorder. The staff, especially Steve, was professional as well as caring and available to address concerns. The subjects of the daily therapy sessions, such as communication, family dynamics, and resources were just what was needed, and were presented in a comfortable, informative way.
