We were very thankful to have chosen Tommy at Buyer's Slice when building our new home. We've bought and sold many homes in the past, but this was our first new-build and we were glad to have TOmmy's help. He was always responsive and helped guide us through the process. It was very easy and efficient to work with Tommy and Buyers Slice when we bought our home. Tommy was a phenomenal realtor! It came in last minute after I had issues with a different realtor and still managed to help me close on time. He had great communication and great follow up with all parties. I was moving from out of state and offered to help me with whatever I may need and even checked on how I was doing a few months later. Tommy and his staff at Buyers' Slice Realty were amazing to work with for my first house purchase (July '13)! I am the type to research on my own regardless if I am hiring someone else to represent me thus his model was a perfect fit for me. He ended up saving me $4500+ and was very useful sorting through some mortgage company issues that was not his problem. We recently bought a new home with Tommy and his team, and everything about working with Buyers Slice worked perfectly. As we were looking for homes, Tommy was very informed and helpful, but never intrusive. Once we found one to buy, Tommy communicated frequently and clearly throughout the process until we landed on a contract. He offered helpful references for both lenders and inspectors, and again was always available when we needed him to sort out any potentially confusing details. Closing was simple and painless - exactly as we would hope.

We had been house hunting for several months before finding Buyer's Slice, and also met with several seller's agents before Tommy. Since we'd done so much work on our own, and had pretty specific parameters for what we wanted, we felt a bit uncomfortable knowing that any agent we worked with would make so much money off our efforts.
