Tousey Winery
This proprietary red blend displays red berries on the nose with a pleasant structure on the palate. A fun and riotous wine for all occasions. This delicious Cabernet Franc displays dark fruits on the nose with great depth on the palate. Supple tannins rounded by a touch of french oak produce a long satisfying finish.

The Rebellion Rose, made from Blaufrankisch grapes, has a heady nose of intense red fruit. Wonderfully dry, yet fruity on the palate, this wine delivers a deliciously long finish. This aromatic off dry white blend, is a superlatively versatile wine, equally magnificent as a pre-dinner sipper and with spicy Asian cuisine.

Very small pours, meager explanations of the wines, didn’t change the glasses between white and red, and served us already open bottles of wine. Also felt like our part of 7 was rushed out. For 25$ a person we were all underwhelmed by the experience.

Kimberly was so attentive and helpful in answering my questions — even when I could tell she is a busy woman! We rented their room for $25/pp for an hour which includes a dedicated server and wine tasting. I enjoyed all their wines but especially the sparkling rosé and stainless steel Chardonnay. The private room even has its own bathroom and couch seating area. It was a big relief to know our two toddlers could wander about safely especially with COVID still being a consideration as well as chilly temps. Kevin was so attentive during our stay and was knowledgeable about the wines as well. This

What a great find! They had a very large variety of wines available for tasting, all of which we enjoyed! The small bites were delicious…but my absolute favorite was the flat bread! Something about the bread just made it so delicious that we ended up ordering a second. Definitely worth a visit!

Dinner was delicious and beautifully presented. I really appreciated Kimberly Tousey Peacock's compassion over my gluten intolerance. Erica was a wonderful waitress. Both offered kind and patient hospitality and were so gracious. It was a pleasure being at the winery after our long journey from the Adirondacks. We thank you also for being such kind Harvest Hosts and giving us a welcome respite before the final part of our journey home! And now about the wine tasting: incredibly amazing! So many favorites and probably the best port we have ever had. We joined the wine club immediately and brought

Not only were all the wines really good, all of their tasty bites paired nicely with everything as well. We had booked a wine tasting for a rather large group and everything was wonderful. The staff was so accommodating and attentive. We were in a huge private room with a private restroom. The whole experience was fun and enjoyable. A cute spot to go with friends and support a local business!

Thank you for accommodating our large and somewhat crazy group lol.

We took are ride to the Tousey Winery in Germantown, NY on Friday afternoon at the suggestion of our Neice "A". Although relatively small, they change their menu daily to keep things interesting, which I personally think is wonderful, and allows them to be innovative!! A lovely young woman named Kelsey took very good care of us!!! They have a wonderful selection of wines that should satisfy everyone's tastes. We decided to be adventurous and try things we wouldn't ordinarily drink. It was wonderful!! We did a sampling of 5 and wound up taking 9 bottles home!! The food was another

A very nice getaway from NYC. This winery features a Blanc De Blance called The Logic that was great. The staff here were super nice and welcoming. The winery shares the location with the Claremont Cafe. The food was absolutely amazing. Combined this makes for a must stop spot if you are in the area.

We came here for wine tasting and dinner the other night and it was delicious. I'm now a fan of upstate NY wines - we especially loved the Cab Franc. Kimberly, the owner/wine maker, is fabulous and really added to the overall experience. For sure stay for dinner next door at the Clermont Cafe - the menu was extremely fresh and innovative. You can't go wrong with a romantic dinner out at Tousey.

We parked across the street in overflow parking which is a promising sign. If the winery is busy they must be pouring delicious grapes! We did not have a reservation and were sat by a server immediately at the bar. The main tasting room presented an average size bar with comfortable stools. The secondary room was beautifully designed with a large wood slab table, trendy lighting and a smaller sitting area including a couch. We ordered a bottle of Killer Red and relaxed at the bar. The winery was to capacity but it was not loud at all, good acoustics. The male server presented the menu in very

Absolutely great experience. I picked this place for our lunch stop on our way to the Getaway cabin. My bf and I ordered a bottle of the Blane De Blanes and it was great. The food from the Clemont Cafe was just amazing. The ribeye and the burger tasted phenomenal. It took a bit long for the food but it was definitely worth it. We later learned that the chef worked for fine dining restaurants for several years. I highly recommend everyone trying this place.

We tried a tasting of one white wine and two reds the white was fair and palatable the two reds were horrible
Added to my negative experience was some claim that they had to have you buy breadsticks at two dollars because of some state law what is clearly is related to drinking on an empty stomach and we ordered hamburgers from the adjacent eating emporium with this overprice bad wind they should clearly have given you or charge minimum fee for the breadsticks a very negative experience overall

What an amazing wine tasting and lunch experience my family and I had here. We were a group of 6 with an infant in a stroller and we had a private room with our own servers and bathroom, and space. We also had lunch from the cafe in here too. Let's talk about the space first- it was beautifully decorated and plenty of space for my family. The wine tasting my family did was great, and for someone like me who doesn't drink, there were options of non alcoholic drinks I can enjoy. Then, the food- AMAZING. Get the cheese platter and literally everything on the menu was fabulous. Also, Michael

Servers here were very accomodating and friendly. We had figs and burger which were exceptional. We loved the queen of clermont which had a hint of sweetness which was perfect before dinner. Ambiance was nice and cozy! They have good COVID protocols also.

Very understated, calming atmosphere. Rustic feel. We came only for the wine, so we did not sample the fare at the cafe. We have enjoyed their wines for years, though this was our first onsite. Did a tasting at the bar, with good input from staff. Will go again.

What a great boutique winery! The proprietor was such a delight, the staff were so well informed that any time they described a wine they hit it right on the head (and we tried a lot!) this location is also a Harvest Host, so if your a member of the harvest host community you can stay here with your RV at no cost.
Another bonus is that there is a cafe next to the tasting room! We ordered a wine and cheese platter which when ready the cafe brought right to our seat in the tasting room (the cafe and winery are owned separately)

Overall this place was amazing and we will be back soon!

Tousey has all the things I need in a winery:

1. Wine. It's a nice bonus that it's also good wine. Perhaps the best I've had in the Hudson Valley. Although it's not a historically dominant region, Tousey literally wins awards, and they are well-deserved. Don't be afraid to rock the blends (The Queen of Clermont!), and try and get there early in the season because they will sell out of the most popular wines (Chardonnay, rosé, etc.). They lean Riesling, which isn't usually my favorite grape, but I wasn't mad about it here.

2. Comfortable chairs with a big, lit
