Services
Armed with Elementary Education Teaching degrees from Western Michigan University, Angela and Michele joined the South Lyon Community Schools team of exceptional elementary school teachers in the 90's. They gained years of experience as Kindergarten and First Grade teachers, all while working on making their dream of opening a quality preschool a reality.
Our Mission is to provide a solid foundation which fosters a life-long love of learner in our students. Life-long learners will be prepared to enter elementary school. Also, they will continue on an educational journey as they become functioning, law-abiding, and contributing members of society. Also, our learners will be strong of heart and body.
We are looking for organized, energetic, fun, loving, and reliable people to join our wonderful family of teachers. Both part and full-time positions may be available. Teacher Aides and Assistant Teachers help to carry out lesson plans prepared by the Lead Teachers. Aides and Assistant Teachers also spend time caring for the needs of our children, such as diapering, or bathroom needs, and preparing and serving snacks and light meals.
Paradigm Care & Enrichment Center upholds a philosophy that believes all children will thrive when placed in a developmentally appropriate, safe, caring, and nurturing setting. Children attending our program will be well-prepared in all developmental areas for success in grade school. Our environment and outstanding staff will provide the children with opportunities to grow physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively.
Having a safe learning environment for your child is a top priority. That is why not only do we offer a secure building, but include safety discussions with the children as a part of our curriculum. We realize that as parents you have any concerns about your child's safety. At Paradigm, we continually train staff on safety preparedness to ensure the well being of your child while in our care.

Hands down the absolute best when it comes to learning / childcare for infants through preschool. The owners, leadership, and all staff are trustworthy, communicative, knowledgeable, accommodating and wonderful when it comes to caring for your children as if they were their own. Highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the Waterford area!

The communication, academic support, and staff was amazing! When we sent our kids to Paradigm we had only had experience with in home care with people that became family so traditional daycare was scary for us-they helped us and the kids through the transaction and we’re always available if we had questions!

We have been using paradigm in Waterford for a few years now and the options for part time, full time, and drop ins are great. Reasonable pricing. Great communication. Our little one loves going there and has made friends. Many educational activities, indoor and outdoor play time, and very clean. They take all ages. Highly recommend!!

We love Paradigm. Many people in our subdivision recommended the center to us. We've enjoyed 3 years with a caring and attentive staff. Good curriculum as the children grow and develop. Well coordinated and executed parties or events for the different classes. Two of our favorite things; the changing of rooms or areas for the children thoughout the day and the opportunity for participating in extracurricular activities during the day through the center! High recommend a tour to see if its right for you!

We've had all 3 of our children enrolled at Paradigm. They love it there and love the teachers.
Our oldest went through the 3 and 4 year old preschool progeam and went into kindergarten at a very high reading level and was reading 1st grade level by the middle of the year.
We wouldn't take them anywhere else for childcare or preschool.

If you are looking for a place that your child will be extremely happy and learning something new every day, this is your place! My son is pushed educationally every single day and he loves it. He comes home writing his name, knowing his letters, knowing his colors. I love that when i walk in the school at any time of the day the teachers are doing something with the kids. There is never a teacher just sitting down not being interactive with the kids. I also love that they give the kids real fruits and vegetables. My son has tried things at school that i would have never thought to have him try

We have had our children at Paradigm for 3 years now, and we have nothing but great things to say about it! The staff is very friendly and we can tell that they honestly care about the well-being of our children and how they are progressing. Both our children and us as parents have made good friends though Paradigm. And most importanly, we see in both of our children that they are learning so much every day and developing both socially and educationally at a rapid pace!
