In 1983, Al Marulli set his eyes on the burgeoning opportunity of commercial real estate in South Florida and fell in love. A former Connecticut resident and president of one of the largest electroplating companies in the world at the time, Al moved to South Florida, founded The David Associates and never looked back.

I've been a tenant here for over 6 years and I love it! The Comeau Building is architecturally beautiful and historically significant. The lobby is immediately impressive upon entry and the entire building is maintained constantly. It is kept looking impressive, professional and very clean! Thank you to the maintenance and cleaning staff and thank you Brooke at the property management office for always being so responsive and easy to work with!

Our firm, PATHOS, moved into the first floor of the Comeau building a few months ago and we can’t thank the entire David Associates team enough for their professionalism and “can do” approach. From start to finish, their commitment to our vision went above and beyond. We had considered several downtown options, but once we met with Brooke and Ted, we knew we had found our new “home.”

We are NJ Based Technology Company we opened a second support office in West Palm Beach . The Historic Comenua Building was the perfect spot, competitive rental rates, great location. We have plenty of dining and entertainment venues for visiting clients. Classic lobby! Great site to recruit technology talent. The Bldg Management David Associates easy to work with and responsive !

We have been tenants in the Comeau Building for over 2 years. David Associates did an amazing job building out our space. They made it so nice that random people getting off the elevator often stop in to comment on it. The care David Associates puts into their buildings and taking care of their tenants is incredible. I would have to say they have some of the nicest buildings in the area. Their team is always available to help if there is even an issue.

We came to the David Associates back in December 2015 with a vision for an office on the 14th floor of the Harvey building. Without hesitation, they went above and beyond to accomplish the office of our dreams. Their hard work and dedication in making us happy throughout the extensive build out really showed. Thank you to the whole staff, especially Brooke and Ted! Aside from the build out, we have enjoyed being tenets here. Liz is always cheerful, greeting us throughout the day and whenever we have any issues, we can count on Niko to come and assist us. Perfect downtown location, great neighbors

The David Associates did a great job in getting us settled into our new work space. Brooke, in particular, was very detail oriented and was always there to help us if we had a question or concern. From start to finish, it took less than a week to go through the whole process. We actually didn't miss a day of work throughout the move. The transition was seamless. I would recommend the David Associates and each one of their very professional staff members to anyone who is looking to find the ideal work environment.

I rented two different office units at the Harvey Building, which is located in downtown West Palm Beach. I have nothing but good things to say. Instead of writing a war and peace review I put together a quick list:
1) Help with a smile - The onsite staff are very helpful and quick to help with any maintenance questions. Everyone is friendly and it feels like a family. I couldn't have picked a better place to start my wedding planning business.

From the minute that I first called inquiring about the space in the Harvey Building, Brooke has been great. When the first space that we looked at didn't work for us, she suggested some newly renovated office space in the building. She has always been courteous and helpful with everyone in our company.
