In order to participate in outpatient Benzodiazepine detox an individual must be ambulatory, have a low risk for withdrawal complications, and have a strong support system consisting of family members or significant others. 1 Outpatient detoxification is potentially too dangerous for individuals over sixty years of age.

What a difference! The withdrawals were HORRIBLE- literally took me 60-90 days to feel "normal." Still, I am experiencing an emotional numbness and loss of libido that I never experienced before I took Suboxone. An hour before my first appointment with Dr. Scanlan I was on my knees praying to God to keep me alive. That was 3 months ago and I am eternally grateful to Dr. Scanlan for saving my life. Be careful he put my fiancé on benzodiazepines after knowing she is on D-Amphetamine and drinks Alcohol. He is very good on making an individual Independent in a marriage and not respecting Co-Dependency. Judges without knowing the other side making that person no longer care about responsibilities. We are no longer to gather thanks to Dr. Steven Scanlan. Great at making one not think with emotions nor feeling of other members in the family. Today she became way worse due to Dr. Steven Scanlan Therapy. Great job.

Melissa is so sweet and helpful to clients. She is so knowledgeable and you can really tell she knows what she’s talking about.
