Dr. Gross is a wonderful psychiatrist, and the office staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. They understand if you have to cancel a few hours before due to accidents/ unforeseen circumstances, etc. I drive for an hour- at the least- for my appointments here, and it is always worth it. I've never been asked to pay for missed appointments despite having several over the years.
Dr. Gross himself is very empathetic and such a good listener. He does not prescribe "whatever you want"...he uses his judgement and the patient's experiences to determine what is appropriate, if anything.

Dr. Gross is, by far, one the most competent and empathetic psychiatrists I've seen in a long time. I am extremely surprised to see a couple of negative reviews, so I feel like I need to inform people reading the posts of my experience.
1. Contrary to another reviewer's opinion, Dr. Gross does not give patients "whatever they ask for." He does not put a band-aid on the illness, but rather attempts to find the underlying cause and treats accordingly.
