I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you into our practice. I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric conditions that affect children, adolescents, young adult and adults, and I have dedicated most of my adult life to the study and practice of psychiatry and psychotherapy.
Conveniently located in East Boca Raton, inside the Palmetto Place Building, just off of I-95 on Palmetto Park Road, Dr. Mike's office is easily accessible from all points in South Florida. With the hustle and bustle of our daily lives and responsibilities, it can be hard to remember to take time to stop and.
If you are seeing Dr. Mike you will enter through Suite 365. You will enter through a foyer and a private waiting room will be on your left hand side. You may ring the black door chime in the foyer, if you wish, but you don't need to. When you enter the waiting room a sensor will tell us you have arrived.
The great majority of patients we see at Proliance Center have insurance, but insurance companies don't pay us directly. We provide you with a bill for our services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, it is important to keep in mind that we are an out of network provider and that insurance may not cover this extremely high quality level of care.

Dr Mike and his staff (Michele, Ana and Karina) are truly wonderful. They are so nice and accommodating and always go out of their way to help out when I need it. Anytime I have had a scheduling issue or an issue getting a prescription filled (due to no fault of their own- usually it’s out of stock) they have always helped me out. Dr Mike is extremely nice and personable and you can tell he actually cares about his patients.

I personally have been battling with ADHD and OCD for many years. I come from parents who are both doctors and I’ll say Dr. Mike is fantastic. I went for many years untreated due to prior attempts that didn’t work with other doctors in my childhood. Dr. Mike is precise, thorough, and frankly comes off as very experienced in this area. My life has become far more manageable after working with him. I’m now finishing college and feel more confident about my future.

Individualized treatment. Friendly atmosphere. A caring attitude. Prompt attention to my requests. Not only knows a lot, but he applies it and stays very current. Listened and developed a program and continues to listen and work to make things as good as they can be. Very easy to talk to, keeps things on track but never feels rushed. So, far there is nothing that I can think of the improve my experience. Worth every penny, very effective. Keep up the outstanding work. Dr Mike has been my psychiatrist for many years now and I have always been able to count on him. He is very through and on top of things. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I would and have recommended him to anyone who needs help. I recently had a bad manic episode and he was also helpful to my family during that emergency. I am so thankful to have him.

Dr. Mike is the most incredible doctor I know! He is extremely smart and very patient and kind. I have never met anyone like him before. Even when I find myself at a loss to express what I am feeling he always knows just what to say to make me feel better. He is professional and treats people with respect and has so much passion to help others. He loves what he does and he takes pride in always going the extra mile for his patients.
