I absolutely love her, what she has done for me.
Her staff is always so nice to me.

Veronica Motiram is amazing!!! Very patient and actually listens to every concern without dismissing me. However, the front desks needs to work on manners. Kind of seemed like I was annoyance and inconvenience to them. But I’m willing to deal with them to continue being treated by Dr. Motiram.

Dr. Motiram takes care of her customers. She would be appalled if she knew how difficult her staff is to deal with. Every single month there is a huge issue getting prescriptions filled and while the staff puts the blame on the pharmacy and the insurance company, it always goes straight back to lack of follow through with Dr. Motiram's office. When we call, they act as if we are a nuisance to them. This is extremely stressful for people who are relying on this medication. Every other prescription we have filled from any other doctor is taken care of without any issue. There have been several times

OH MY GOD THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE STAFF ARE SO TRUE. I tried to look past the reviews and called to become a new patient but they are literally so rude I was about to just hang up. Dr. Motiram, your staff is driving patients away. Hire better, kinder staff...you're a PSYCHIATRIST'S OFFICE.

Wonderful Doctor in Boynton. She helped my best friend with her anxiety. As friend of a patient, I could see that she clearly cares for her patients. I recommend her. One must be cautious while reading reviews for psychiatrists. Because of mood swings, I would imagine that some patients give negative reviews based on emotion and not the outstanding professionalism of a practice.

The psychiatrist herself is very nice, she takes her time to explain her treatment plans and what every medicine does. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because one of the receptionists was very rude to me when I called to ask a simple question about my prescriptions. Whoever you are, if you read this, you really should think about being kinder to patients, especially considering you’re working with people who are struggling with their mental health.

Dr. Motiram and her staff are amazing. Dr. Motiram has been my doctor for several years she is caring, compassionate & easy to talk to. Her staff is always friendly, helpful, kind, courteous and caring as well.
