Charles was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. He was very informative for the initial discussions all the way through the process. Renee Young was an incredibly professional and expert realtor and made our first home buying process so stress free and easy! My partner and I are both military and have not been able to be present for a lot including walk-throughs which she personally ensured to walk for us and record every single feature from the good to the bad! She always had our best interest in mind and really went to bat for us when it came to making our bid and advising us on ALL of our options, to closing and protecting us from future potential issues.

Charles did a fantastic job helping us find a home with our limited budget and time frame! He stayed in top of the market to find several home and did video walk throughs so we could get a feel for the layout and size of the home without being there. We had our duty station changed after waiting several months and having a plan, but Charles helped make the change better by helping find a home when we had no idea of where we were going to live. He goes above and beyond for his clients! Very knowledgeable and if he doesn't know the answer he will hunt until he finds it! Best house hunting experience
