I have lived in Coral Gardens for a few months and I love it ! The location it’s great and they have the best manager Adriana. She really cares about her residents and always goes above and beyond. She is an easy person to talk to and she makes living in this community great ! I love to go to the office and get to talk to her because she is always smiling and willing to help us. I will say I do recommend the property because of the great customer service.

Adriana the office manager does not follow through with items that need to be fixed throughout apartment. She is incapable of the position.
There are roaches here. Save your time and money.
The company won’t give security deposit back. They are unprofessional. The whole company and building need to be thrown away along with the roaches.

This review is strictly about the “community director”
She is very unprofessional, rude and looks like she hates her job. When I came to the office she yelled at me stating “ STAY SIX FEET AWAY” making me feel like a buffoon when she can’t even speak English correctly, my emergency maintenance request hasn’t been answered yet after a week and a half. Are you serious does she know how to do her job?! I really hope Adriana learns how to treat people next time!

I will only give one star because zero is not an option. This place have roaches. It is disgusting. Management lie and is rude. Hard to get things fixed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS ROACH INFESTATION. They lie about what you owe in utilities and will not give back security deposit. Please go elsewhere.

New management gets angry at you when they see your pet on their grass (like where else are they supposed to use the bathroom). Otherwise nice place to rent, neighbors keep to themselves (walls are pretty thin so keep private conversations quiet), rooms are getting a full renovation and new landscaping is being done. Maintenence guy is usually available with a couple days to help with anything you need. There’s a Food Source, smoke shop, subway, bank of america, and Baskin Robins within walking distance in the shopping center next to it. There is a BART track next to the complexes but you’ll

Great place to live, been here for 4 years and never have had any issues, the staff are very friendly. I love how they have bbq and functions for the residents to get to know each other better. The place is always clean and pretty quite. If your looking for a place to rent I would defiantly recommend here!

Living at Coral Gardens is overall ok. Yeah the rent is cheap but they get you with the expensive utilities. Staff is nice, but I always wanted a second parking spot and was never able to get one because “there were no empty spots available” When in reality the maintenance guy who lives across the street keeps all the spare parking spots for himself and his family.

I moved in on March 17, 2018 and have had a wonderful experience so far. Rosa and Jenny have made it such a painless fast process. On move in day there was a small problem, somebody was parked in my assigned parking spot, and Armando and Rosa took care of it so fast! Even later on that same day they called me to make sure I had no more issues, and everything was taken care of. The apartment complex itself is super clean and quiet. Two thumbs up.

I went to check out a unit here and I told one of the managers (Jenny) that I have poor credit and gave her my credit score. She told me that she will work with me. She also said that she just needs the $40 to check my tenant history and verify my employment. She reassured me that was what I was paying for and that she will work with me. So I paid the $40 and turned in the application. The next morning, she called and said that unfortunately she can't approve me for the unit because my credit is bad. I said I know, I told
