Services
There's a certain sweetness that only comes from living in a small Hoosier town - that's why we've made our home right here in the heart of Brownsburg, Indiana. Built in 1971, our facility has since received a complete makeover, renovating everything from the floors to the kitchen sink. But amidst all of these changes, our commitment to providing exceptional rehabilitation, nursing, and memory care services has always remained just the same.
From the top of their administration to their everyday hands-on staff, it's no secret that most healthcare facilities struggle with high rates of employee turnover. But here at Brownsburg Health Care Center, we know that in order to provide our residents with the kind of care they deserve, we must first take care of the caretakers.
Family meals with loved ones, social events, and the option for transportation to doctor appointments outside the facility, all residents have access to enjoy our carefully-selected list of amenities. Even before their expected move-in day, we begin offering amenities during the application and admissions process by providing extra tools and educational resources to help families make the right decision that's best for them.
To list a few of our regular activities, we offer a variety of games, including Bingo and Jackpot, and soft sports such as Balloon Racquetball, Light & Lively exercises, as well as Target Ball. For the hobbyist at heart, residents can express themselves with Arts & Crafts and Floral Arranging and also keep up with current events with our Morning Brew and News club.
Built in 1971 next to Brownsburg High School, our facility has received a complete, top-to-bottom makeover in the past five years, renovations include a new roof, toilets, flooring, sinks, and various other kitchen appliances. And yet, amidst all these changes, our commitment to providing exceptional rehabilitation, clinical, and memory care services has always remained the same.

My father spends about a week or two here at least a few times a year. The staff are always friendly. The establishment is always well maintained. I'm always seeing something new being done there. Its comforting to walk through thier doors. My father enjoys his visits and stays here. And that means alot.

Used to be good 4 years ago, but now basic competence is almost non-existent. For example, I'm not a medical person, but I have enough sense to know when you have a person who can ONLY move their head slightly side to side and one hand that is frozen against their body about 2 inches up and down that there is no way they can reach a call light lying on their bed 3 feet away. Nor can they feed themselves when the food is left in the room. THAT IS WHY THEY ARE IN THE FACILITY IN THE FIRST PLACE. That's why they were paid $6000+/month, was to take care of this person. These basic and simple things

Excellent care with kindness. Everyone has been very helpful during the admission process and the adjustment period to Memory Care.
