Hope Healthcare Services (formerly Kingsway Community Care Center) is a non-profit organization that offers low-cost, quality healthcare services to our neighbors without health insurance. Hope Healthcare Services patients are those who have no private medical and dental insurance nor government programs (VA, Medicare, Medicaid.)
Patients are treated by both paid staff and medical and dental professionals donating their time in volunteer service. Hope has provided these services since 2005. Services
Hope Healthcare Services provides access to primary care medical services for individuals and families without health insurance. Services include, but are not limited to, general physical exams, acute and chronic diagnostics and chronic disease management. In addition to primary care medicine, some specialty care services (as many service offerings are determined by the specialty and talents of willing, volunteer professionals.)
For your privacy and protection of your personal information, please do not email us with specific patient medical or dental information or make an attempt to schedule an appointment time. We do not schedule appointments or process requests for refills online. Please call us at 317-272-0708. If we do not answer, please leave a message and we will call you back.
No, our criteria for being a dental patient is to be without medical and dental insurance. If you are an established patient, you may get medication refills by requesting via phone or in person. Please let us know your circumstances. Missing an appointment can prevent another patient from receiving care.

I am so thankful for Hope Healthcare services. I am uninsured and was in so much pain. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The ladies at the desk were so friendly and helpful. The Dr. Was amazing and very knowledgeable. He took the time to reassure me and explain what was happening. He was able to prescribe an anti-inflammatory medication. 1 adjustment to dosage and I am almost pain free. He also encouraged me to restart my thyroid medication. This place was here for me when I needed someone the most. Thank you for your care and understanding.

I paid the $30 office fee only to be dismissed and shamed. It was a waste of my time and energy and money and heart. They had no compassion. And I brought it to their attention while in office and the whole staff just went quiet even tho I was crying and in pain and ready to pass out from the moment I showed up for my appt. 2 hours later and I drove away crying and distraught from the complete lack of heart and consideration. I called back and was told I am banned because I cannot talk to their staff with my disappointment and frustration. I paid them $30 for nothing. All while I’m severely sick

I went to Hope Healthcare Services a couple of years ago. My experience with the staff and doctors was so kind and attentive that I often was moved to tears. They prayed with me, they prayed for me and also went above and beyond to medically help me with a serious back problem for about a year, before I obtained insurance. I will never forget them.

DO NOT GO HERE! If you're female, be warned. The past manager was inappropriate and made me felt extremely uncomfortable. He is thankfully no longer there (guess they finally put two and two together). Aside from that, the people here do not listen to you, they brush off your concerns, and because they aren't willing to hear you out, they rush and prescribe unhelpful medication (not specific to your needs). This was a COMPLETE waste of my money. I've had better experiences at health departments. At least they take the time to actually listen and care.

They are true hope. I didn't have insurance for a while and it was easy to get in. Very affordable and reasonable prices. The doctors are very experienced, i've been in and out of dentists after I broke a front tooth when I was a kid. Here was the first time a dentist numbed my gums before injections and got me to floss every night, one doctor reviewed the X-rays with me and the other fixed a hanging filling next to the other without question. You just have to be vigilant with your appointments because it depends on volunteers.
