First Horizon Home Health Care was created by Rusty and son, Patrick Diemer in 2015. Rusty and Patrick saw a need to provide the highest quality home health care services to central Indiana.

Together, we were able to donate several large bags full of warm winter clothing and accessories, bedding, and towels. Additionally, several more boxes of hygiene kits, food items, and children's toys were donated. Thank you to all who contributed and for those who shared our mission in the community.

I have been working with this company for a few months as a home health aide. Hiring process was smooth. Great office staff, provided me with everything I needed to become a HHC license agent for the state. anytime I have reached out with questions or concerns they have made it a priority to assist and have even offered some assistance and resources for things needed in my personal life with my father to get him enrolled in a hospice program!
