I'm not sure I can think of anything Chris could have done better. I was so cynical about who I'd get paired with via Zillow, and after meeting him, immediately thought, wow, I think I actually want him as my realtor. Chris is on top of his game. Super responsive and also not eager. His deliverables were polished -- I think the videos he made kept me from having to make at least one trip down from Dallas. And I was surprised at the level of objectivity I felt from him -- which is hard given the size of his commission to get a deal done in this price range. Professional and also when it all ended

Maryanne Billones made closing on my first home a breeze. She answered every single question I had and was extremely patient with me. I was recommended by a good friend to call Kelli Pesses. I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge of the local area, her professionalism, and also her attention to detail especially considering I was coming from out of state. Angel and Sunny were stellar at getting the house prepped and checked before going to market, so good that we almost didn't want to leave the house because they made it look so good. Ryan was on top of things from the start keeping us informed of buyers interested, feedback, etc. It was as though they treated us like family and took a vested interest in helping us get the best deal for house in what can be a stressful situation

I have worked and known TONS of realtors but have not found a better more thorough realtor in Austin. The amount of time they spent with us and the results we received were beyond our expectation and Ryan and Angel's willingness to acccomodate was amazing.

I emailed Ryan through Zillow.com to view a property and asked that he contact me via email. Not that it matters, but I wanted to be able to communicate during the day, and I'm at work with access to email and not phone. The reply I received a few minutes later (via email, no less) was surprising to say the least.

With the exception of the initial interview, this realtor was nothing but hostile, rude, threatening and insulting. We had the house listed For Sale By Owner for several weeks prior to listing with him in which we received twice as many viewings of our home as we did listing through Spyglass.
