I love the ground floor apartment for wheelchair access. Great for my disabled son and the playground is great for my kids.

Parking was challenged but all in all a beautiful accomplishment for my daughter in her life journey to maturity in adult living. Nice jobs Darlin'!!!

My parents live here and pay way too much for a 2 bedroom apartment. The units are extremely tiny and over $1200 for 2 bedrooms.

I moved in and immediately had problems breathing. Shortly after we found black mold growing on the walls. It took a call to the health department and he still was reluctant to fix it. The landlord encourages cash payments and does everything he can to cut corners. For the sake of your health, do not move in here.

I am coming up on three years at this apartment complex, and I love it! This is definitely the best deal in Gresham. I have looked at others, and you will not find another one this size, at this great of a price.

I agree! The landlord is awful! My niece just got a 60 day eviction notice as well. There seems to be no reason for this beside the fact the rent went up 50$. Anyone who wants to kick out a mother of two children for no reason is heartless. Not to mention he has treated her absolutely horrible!!!

I lived in two separate units for almost 5 years at Gresham Park Apartments. In my personal experience, the apartments were a great value! I was fortunate to have good neighbors all around. They have had the same manager for a long time, and he has always been good about keeping the trouble makers out! In my opinion, Justin (The Manager) is a fair and reasonable person to conduct tenant/manager business with.
My son and I are now moving out to get him into a different school district, otherwise, I would probably STILL live there until I decided to buy a home.
