When Jim Grove started this company in 1996, combining his obsession for motorcycles and passion for design. The inspiration for the name HEARTLAND USA was born out of the respect for this great land and the heartfelt camaraderie uniquely found in the community of bikers.

So, I ordered an ez 200 kit for my 2018 softail sport glide on April 15, 2020. It is now September 1, 2020 and it still has not shipped. Now, I know that this pandemic is not making things any easier, but come on! I paid almost 3 grand for a fender, struts and a seat! I've called and emailed Heartland multiple times, and each time I get a date thrown at me of when it will ship, but when that date comes, nothing! I like to consider myself a pretty patient person, and have not displayed my frustration to Lonny yet, but I'll give it till the end of this week. If my product doesn't ship

As a customer who has bought kits from them and accessories to the tune of thousands, I am disappointed ! Lonny has been avoiding me on a $680 customer seat I paid for upfront. After months of waiting I was promised it would ship no later than this last Friday! Nope ! I emailed. No response. When he says he will check and call back, he doesn't. Today he answered the phone and didn't know if it was sent. You can't remember a guy who was upset who you made a promise to? Sad how poor this company is now. I'll be reporting this as credit card fraud!
