From start to finish of the inspection process, Bill with Assurity Inspections was great to work with. He was very friendly and eager to have discussions regarding the home. He walked me through what the process would look like over the phone beforehand and answered all questions I had. During the inspection, he spent the majority of his Saturday at the house taking detailed pictures and notes. I was pleasantly surprised how just how long he spent at the home. Bill got back to me literally within an hour me calling and was at my house the next day! On time as I would’ve expected, And was very thorough in his exclamation of what was going to take place and when he’d be back. Bill with Assurity Inspections was amazing. We had radon testing done and he was very informative and patient. He made sure we knew what he was doing, why he was doing it and kept an open line of communication before, during, and after the test. He is very passionate about what he does. His customer service was outstanding. He was respectful, kind, and all around a nice guy while still remaining professional and focused on the job at hand. Bill did our home inspection and was very professional and friendly. He did an extremely thorough job of inspecting the home from top to bottom. He explained things he noticed along the way and what we would need to do to fix them. He answered our many first time homebuyers questions and gave some great advice too.
