I've used a lot of different companies that deserved a 5-star review but was never motivated to actually write one. Until now. My husband's (dump) truck needed a tow from Port Richey to Hudson. I called several companies, the first didn't have the equipment to tow it, the second gave me an estimate for $600-$800 but were running 5 hrs behind. Another quoted $250 and were also 5 hrs behind. When I called Pasco Towing, I was given an estimate for $236 and they could be there within the hour.

Anytime you have a car problem, it is always stressful. I called Pasco Towing and Gary Sipes arrived exactly when he said he would. He was the absolute best. He made sure my car was fine before leaving. I was so impressed with how much he was concerned for my safety and made sure. In these times, it's rare to find people that truly care about others. We need more Gary Sipes in this world. It would be a much better place. I will be recommending Pasco Towing to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much.

Our van broke down on the North side of the Skyway Bridge. AAA was notified and they dispatched Pasco Towing around 3pm. We waited until 4:05 when we recalled AAA. After being on hold for 20 minutes, AAA told us they bailed out and was not coming. We waited over 2 hours. Would not recommend this business. When you sign up to tow by contract for AAA, it's sad you can't provide that service and leave people stranded. Karma!!!!

Really unprofessional, called me a f**n b*h when i was upset. Called me many other names that i won't mention. Told us one price to release the Semi, then when we went to pick up the truck, the rate went up another $100. Totally rude, threatened to fight me (a woman!) Because we were upset. Bunch of thieves. Never use this company people... you'll be ripped off, threatened and called names. The big heavyset guy was the one who threatened me, a woman who maybe weighs 130# soaking wet...with my kids in the car.

I called Pasco Towing early in morning to tow my car from my work place to an auto repair shop some 10 miles away. We arranged an appointment for 2:30 pm later this same day at my workplace. I arrived early at 2:00 pm and called Pasco to confirm my presence our meeting. But, by 3 pm, there still was no Pasco Towing truck. So, I called again. They told me they would have someone over within half an hour. Finally, they showed up at 5 pm, 2 and a half hour late. These guys are not professionals. As for the price, they are not the cheapest. I had found a slightly lower price with All Hour towing.

When my car broke down and refused to start, I asked the shop which towing company I should call. My mechanic told me that he had an arrangement with Pasco towing where they would tow the car and my mechanic would charge me for the towing costs when I paid his bill. I called Pasco towing at 3PM and they told me that their driver was out on a run but would be at my house to tow my car to the shop in an hour. I called Enterprise rental car to meet me at the shop at 5PM. The shop closes at 6PM so there should have been plenty of time to tow the car there, pick up the rental car, and go home before
