To protect the health of our residents, staff, and guests, our community is a non-smoking community. Smoking is prohibited within twenty-five (25) feet of any building and/or common area amenity, or inside any building on the property. Comments: We know your furry companions are happiest right by your side, and that's why we allow up to two pets per household.

Wonderful place to live with a great location. The facilities are well-maintained, the residents are easy to get along with, and the staff is kind and helpful. You're only a few moments drive from the Interstate, the Empire Mall, Target, HyVee, a movie theater, and the bike trail. I would recommend living here to anyone.

We were skeptical about apartment living after selling our home but we have been here over a year and we LOVE it. It is quiet and the apartment is the largest we saw. It has everything you need - two pools (indoor and outdoor), a hot tub, a gym, a great community room, a super nice guest sleeping room, underground parking, garage rentals, a good… size storage locker in the underground parking space, and it is close to everything. There are activities that you can participate in at least monthly. Everyone we have met here has been friendly and welcoming, that goes for staff and residents

The amenities are worth forking over a little extra cash. The staff in the office has always been incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help with any issues. Maintenance requests are quickly… addressed and Randy is very efficient. Neighbors are pretty quiet. Very polite interactions in public areas. Options for a splash of color on an accent wall turned out to really liven up the space. Very nice place to live.

I absolutely loved living here! It was my first apartment after college and I couldn't have asked for a better place. There is heated underground parking, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a workout room, and beautiful decks with each unit. The apartment was spacious and there is laundry in each unit.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment in Sioux Falls. The staff is friendly and maintenance was great! All over all I had very few complaints in my two years of living there.
