Spa World Houston
One of the best ways to relieve stress from every muscle of the body and feel refreshed and rejuvenated is by availing of professional spa services. Here again, different spas offer different types of services, and the best among these are considered to be the ones offering services in Korean style.

We are the leading spa in Houston TX offering spa services in this traditional form to maximize the benefits for our clients. Admission tickets cover access to the bath areas and saunas. Any purchases made while inside the spa (food, drinks, golf bay and karaoke rentals) are not included. Body treatment and massage services are additional to the admission fees.
Services
We are a Korean style spa and sauna with the goal of promoting relaxation and overall wellbeing. Everything from our amenities to our services to the very building material of our facility aim to improve your spa experience. Among our many amenities, we offer a wide variety of therapy rooms, such as the Fire Dome - a Roman style sudatorium with high heat - and the Arctic Retreat.
When you enter Houston Spa World, you are given a shoe locker key and you put your shoes away (you will have another locker for your personal belongings). You give the key back to the staff member and they will return it to you when you come back for your final checkout. Next, you are given your access key bracelet and a Spa World uniform.
The benefits of such intense heat await you in this Korean traditional style sudatorium. Not only does the high temperature work with the Korean granite walls to release far infrared light waves to penetrate down deep and sooth muscles, the ocher clay floors radiate infrared and a gentler heat upward.
Our mission is to always look after our customer's well-being, so we run a temperature check before entering the facility and we require masks before entry and for common areas and reception. We have a limited entrance capacity, and we continuously sanitize the entire spa. Masks are not required inside Saunas or Baths.
Dropping the temperature in this therapy room to a frigid degree, the arctic room promotes skin health, both for smoothness and elasticity. As the chilly environment of the room contracts Blood vessel, cold therapy brings relief to inflammation, arthritis, and other minor aches and pains. We are a Korean style spa and sauna with the goal of promoting relaxation and overall wellbeing.

I went to this Spa with moderate expectations. They were exceeded. In life we so often never slow down and enjoy moments, a few things we know for sure and one of those is that we won't live forever. Take the time to call a friend, go to the Spa and enjoy yourself. The price is great, atmosphere nice, employees were great, even enjoyed the food. For selfish reasons I really don't too many people to know about all the amenities (golf)....Just had a helluva time while we were here. Will definitely be back...Don't cheat yourself..Give Spa World a shot...Life is Short....Get In....Get

I would come here everyday if I lived nearby. For the price of entry, you get SO much! The staff explained how everything worked thoroughly, and led us to the women's locker rooms so we would know exactly where to go. I would recommend bringing your own bath products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; they do provide those things, but I would have felt better brining my own. The food from the restaurant and cafe were very good, albeit a little bit expensive for what it was, but that's to be expected. I do wish that the staff were better about enforcing the quiet areas; there were some

One of the great relaxation spots. Usually, Groupon has great deals, and sometimes they have time some sales. When I got a ticket for weekday Mon-Thurs, it cost $20 per ticket. I brought my 9 years old kid, admission fee for a child under 10 yo was $15 at the front desk.
All areas are clean and quiet. my favorites are the small clay room and the forest room. There is an intense heat room, it is extremely hot, I strongly recommend wearing socks and bringing a towel.
For the bath area, bring your own large towel. They have towels, but the free ones are very small. There do have body soap and shampoo

Wow. I've never been to a spa house before and I really didn't know what to expect other than what my friends have been telling me. I looked up a couple spas in Houston and I found this one and I was reading the reviews and I liked what I saw. I'm so glad i took the jump and decided to visit. This far exceeded my expectations. It has plenty of space you can take a nap you can visit all sorts of different clean rooms and really liked the bathing area was very clean and well-kept. This visit was very detoxifying and refreshing and i will be back.

I enjoy going to spas to relax, recuperate and be refreshed and ready to get back to busy life. Prior to coming to this spa I was visiting Gangnam and I have come to appreciate Gangnam's commitment to members being quiet in the quiet rooms. I say this because more and more there are incidents of children playing in quiet rooms, people on phone calls in quiet rooms and conversations in quiet rooms when others are relaxing. All this happens though signs are posted to inform the public of quiet areas. I strongly suggest management enforce the quiet in the quiet areas by emphasizing these spa

Love this spa and amazing deals Mon-Thurs! Got a free mask for my birthday. I enjoyed this spa's rooms and bath tubs way more than Ghangam. The only thing is that the dry sauna was not hot at all and one of the bath tubs was scolding hot that no one could get in it. I love all the rooms. ☺️ I'd give it a 5 star if it weren't for those two things.

The place is clean, well run, and all the facilities are in working order.
This is run like a Korean bath house so be prepared to shower in a public area with no privacy dividers.

Cons:
-If you're a large, tall person, BRING YOUR OWN RELAXATION CLOTHES, (shorts, sweat pants, and tshirts, no tank tops)
Their sizes run a little small and their website said said you have to wear their clothing. I ran into this problem and was stuck with slacks to wear into the heat rooms. It was pretty embarrassing. The staff said I could bring my own next time.

-very limited bottles of shampoo. Also bar

I've been to 3-4 different Korean spas across the country and this one by far is the best one for newcomers. They are extremely accommodating. The staff are diverse and speak English well. When you check in, ask as many questions as you want without being shooed away. They give everyone a little orientation and what to expect. Besides excellent signage everywhere, this place already exceeded the newcomer experience beyond the other Korean spas I've been to (Chicago, LA, toronto). This was my husband's first experience and he had a great time.

For folks who are shy about going but

I'll admit, I was leery about being completely naked in the women's saunas and hot tubs. However, seeing the other women accepting who they were and how they look plus an utterly amazing body scrub, I felt much more confident and who I was. I then followed it with a massage, a wonderful lunch, and time in each and every treatment area. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I bought 10 more sessions.
It may have been my first time to visit but I will make it a regular part of my selfcare. You should too.

My husband didn't try any bath or services.. But, he had a good time at the golf zone.

The pictures definitely depicted of the place! Everything was clean and well kept. I saw an employee talk to someone on the phone coordinating to clean the bath water too! They provide bars of soap, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush, hairdryer, lotion and toner(?). It was super accommodating for the women. There was also small towels for guests to use but I brought my own towel instead.

After spending a hour in the bath pools and steam rooms, I started to go into the rooms for coeds to enjoy. The rooms are also well kept too! The food upstairs and downstairs was also great!

The spa itself was good. I love the atmosphere but we had hair in our food (from the food court on the second floor) and it's disgusting because it doesn't looks like a normal hair. The Korean lady who was the manager was supper rude to us, they took the bowl to the kitchen before the manager came and then she was asking us where is the hair?? I told her it was in the bowl and the girl who worked there said the bowl already was taken by the cook. They sound like they don't want to admit there was "hair" in the food, but we took picture before we talk to them so I showed to her and she was like

Spa World Houston was simply blissful.

It's clean from the moment you check in. You are required to put your outside shoes into a locker before entering, so I just knew this place was legit from the start.

You take the clothes they give you, put your stuff into an assigned locker with a key you hold onto, shower (required), change into their clothes, then you're pretty much free to enjoy the whole facility at your own leisure.

There's a variety of things to do that's included with the general admission day pass. Steam room, sauna, jacuzzies of different temps ranging from

I have been there many times. Love this amazing place. Body scrab is very good. But i think they change the chief. It's a lot worse than when it first opened。The food just ok right now. I wish they could cook the traditional Korea food not America Korean food. Also a good place to spend time with friends and family. Still give them five star review.

Okay, so I have been to my share of Korean Spas and this one by far is the best one I have ever been to! This place was amazing and I cannot wait to go back when I am in Houston.

I have been to Spa Castle in Dallas, and yes it is great as well, but the bath area, sauna rooms, and attention to detail at Spa World blew me away! First of all, they have personal shower rooms, not just stalls. This is the first Korean spa I have been to where you can take a shower without people watching. I personally don't mind being butt-booty naked but for those who are more self-conscious, this is fantastic

I lived in Ulsan, South Korea for a few years and Spa World so far is the best I've ever been to since coming back to the States. It's exactly the same as the ones I went to in Korea, if not, better. The price is affordable ($29) on a weekday and you could stay here til midnight! They got food, movie cinema, theater golf, sleeping rooms, massages, body scrubs, yoga classes, child care center, etc. everything's done amazing here. I got the 90-minute scrubbing session with honey massage and milk cleanse by Mrs. Choi, she was so lovely and I left smelling like a snack. Definitely take

The Disneyworld of spas, no joke. I was blessed to be able to celebrate Mother's Day here, completely on my own, no kids at all! I have been to many spas throughout my adult life but wow, this one takes the cake! Immediately when pulling up to the parking lot I'm thinking- damn this building is huge! And as you enter and get to check out all the rooms, baths, activity and rest areas, cafes, you don't know where to start! I felt as if I was in a funhouse of sorts and you don't know what's behind each door.
After spending a looong time in the baths (ladies only) I headed

I enjoyed my first visit to this spa SO much! Here my Instagram mini-write up that talks about the whole experience-

"I'd never been to Korean-style spa before so I didn't quite know what to expect. I went after work and ended up spending more than 3 hours! You start with the baths, which are separated by gender and inside the locker rooms. You're required to shower first then you can use the different hot, warm, and cold baths as well as the wet saunas. I spent about 40 minutes in there before putting on my uniform (which they give you at reception) and exploring the different

I will never forget this wonderful experience in my life. After the winter storm hit Katy area, we were hopeless. No food, water, and electricity. When I heard that this place was opened for those affected by the storm, I rushed myself and my wife to this place to warm ourselves. It was like finding an oasis out of cold and dark desert. Not only were they opened for spas and saunas, their restaurant was opened. Just to get straight to the point, the foods were fantastic! I have never had better don katsu in my life. Customer service was right on point! Although it was a madness after people started
