Yelena is my go to! She's prompt and respectful of my time. She's keeps things clean and sanitary which is super important for me, especially as a nurse. There's all around good service each time I go. The best part is I ALWAYS get compliments on my lashes.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! What a clean and beautiful spa! By far my favorite place in Katy. Especially Anna! She is my favorite! I have been a stylist for many YEARS and I am VERY particular about who I let do services on me and she makes you feel and look AMAZING! She goes above and beyond which shows they believe in great customer service and doing excellent work. My lashes and waxing have never looked so good! City Glow has my business for life ..and now all of my friends as well. :)

I've been Yelena's client for at least two years. She is a great specialist and an amazing person! She has been taking care of my eyelash extensions and waxing. I always get compliments when people see my lashes! They look very natural and I don't even feel I have them on. Also, I'm very happy with my waxing services. I have a very light, blond, thin hair and I often was dissatisfied with waxing services received from other salons because they were always rushing and left some areas untreated. I am an actor and need very natural looking lashes. Yelena always gets it just right. She is an artist. Doesn't overcharge like so many lash places do. Works quickly but precisely. She needs to be your lash girl!
