After a poor experience with another agent in town, Heather's team reaffirmed why I've been a State Farm customer for 15 years now. During the process of switching my coverage, I called the office with a number of questions, and help was always prompt and polite.
In particular, Trish worked quickly on my requests and patiently described my new coverage to me. She even called once my new coverage was active to check if I wanted to review it over the phone or by email. Trish, thank you!

Finally, an insurance company that is willing to walk me through the process only providing me with what I feel I need and giving me room to grow into their other services.
By this time next year, I am hoping to have a job working in my career field, that has good pay and benefits. Part of this includes eventually getting my own place and as a result needing other insurance services besides Auto Insurance.
