Terrible food. We ordered soft shell crab appetizer. We got 4 very small pieces of completely dried out chewy over cooked crab maybe. Could not tell. We ordered chicken teriyaki that was reheated dried out chicken with sauce dumped on. The amount of chicken did not even equal one small chicken breast. The salad was sitting in the bowl and there was a 1/2 inch h of water on the bottom of bowl. The soup was good. My husband order the shrimp. It was reheated already cooked shrimp. He got I think 10 small chewy shrimp. We spent$ 54.00 and went home and had sandwiches cause we were still hungry. Also

It’s busy, which I guess is a good sign? They do not take reservations. We got there about 6 o’clock on Saturday night and waited for about 40 minutes to be seated. After we were seated we waited quite a while longer before there was a chef available. Of course it’s fun to watch the chef perform and cook the food and the food was good.

We got here about once a month and enjoy it every time. Steak, chicken, sushi, etc we have tried most of the menu and I've never had a complaint about the food or service. I do wish they had a smaller portions of sushi dinners. They used to have a regular and deluxe versions of their sushi and sashimi plates. Now only the deluxe version exists which is just too much food in my opinion. Other than that, no issues with Fuji.

Had a wonderful time, as always. Our server Ivan was fantastic. Very polite, attentive , fast, and a fun sense of humor. The food was phenomenal as always. Tried the Fire Island roll (pictured) and it was delicious and of course the Hibachi was amazing as always. It's not cheap but the portion sizes definitely make up for it. Can't wait to go back 😁

The wait time during the dinner rush on a Thursday was very reasonable, and the staff were friendly. My brother, his girlfriend, and I all bought 2-3 sushi rolls apiece, and shared them all on the same platter. It was absolutely perfect, and beautiful looking food. We finished them all and were very full. Even though the price is fairly high here, you definitely get what you pay for.10/10 would go here again.
