Service and food quality has really gone down hill from what I remember. I ordered the chicken parmesan and the chicken tasted like it had been frozen for more than a few days and just reheated . I was very disappointed , I don't order out for reheated frozen food!
Seriously don't waste your money. I'm not sure what has happened to them in the last year or so , but they aren't doing any real cooking here anymore. Just reheating processed or precooked food and they don't know how to season.
It really pains me to write this because they were one of Janesvilles only "italian" restaurants . I won

Lots of cheese on lasagna, sauce no flavor Very salty. Plenty of seating. No rush to leave met with old friends and caught up after eating Lots of people ordering take out. Bucket-O-spaghetti seemed to be the favorite special.

The hot sandwiches are amazing. I love the chicken Parm on garlic bread. The Italian beef is really good too. I wasn't a huge fan of the pasta dishes.

I enjoyed my starter tossed salad & Asiago Cheese Raviolis with Marinara Sauce. It was such an experience with the Asiago cheese pillow filled raviolis. I also enjoy their mass quantity of garlic bread that I couldn't finish. Their garlic bread comes in sizes of 8 inches to 17 inches. I wish I could of gotten one of their sandwiches which looked very good, but mostly pork options & sadly I am pork intolerant. Ordered the Mama's feast last night. We did not eat the salad so I thought I would take it for lunch today. 3 bites in and I pulled about a foot long hair out. Will not be going back. The thing that stinks is the food was pretty good.

We love Italian house but the last couple visits we didn’t get what we ordered. We live out of town and can’t get back in to get the correct order, with three little kids nonetheless, and the girl on the… phone was no help. Very disappointing. Like I said, we love the food but the service via drive through and on the phone was not good.

We just left the Italian house with a party of 9. There were no large tables available in the front of the restaurant so we proceeded to the back. There were tables labeled “no seating” we found one that was not labeled and open. The waitress then told us we couldn’t take the non labeled table as that party of restaurant wasn’t open. She stated… that the amount of people there doesn’t require this part of the restaurant to be open yet. Why not utilize the whole restaurant to maximize space and social distancing?

Went with 4 adults and 4 kids. Staff was very rude about seating us, wanted to spit us up into two tables and then scolded us like we were children. We were trying to support a local business during hard times, but clearly they were not interested! We will take out money elsewhere.

I used to like this place. The food still tastes great, but when they forget part of your order and you drive half way across town to pick it up, they offer no incentive to return. Also, the portion control of their over $4 a slice cheesecake is ridiculous! Is this a game of "let's see how many pieces we can get out of a pie"?

Dine in, carry out and a drive thru. Good food fast. Excellent meal, choice of wine or beer.
$12.95 for dinner with lots of garlic bread and a side salad. Italian music playing for a livly atmosphere
Recommend.
