Really unhappy. I've used a variety of other services like lash extensions, lash lift and tint, body scrubs, and massages, so I recently tried their Botox. The woman had very little time with me and despite wanting half the number of units she convinced me I should get more because it would give a better result. I told her I wanted to be able to move my eyebrows. It's been two weeks Ana guess what? I can't raise them. That's like the only expression I make, so I'm pretty pissed.

I literally never write any review but this company is not organized. I had appointments 3 times first time I went in I got rescheduled due to them not having someone available for the time they told me was available. Mind you they knew I lived in Maricopa,AZ which is very far I confirm with them twice to make sure everything was good. Then I schedule for my moms birthday as a surprise let them know also that is was a surprise and nothing should be under her name. They reschedule me at a later time due to not having anyone available then after rescheduling they rescheduled me again because one

it seemed pretty cluttery on entry.
parking was horrible.
I came in for consultation for injectables. I was interested in Juvéderm and Botox the Injector recommended threading.
Which I felt she was trying to up Sell
I have no drooping sagging or jowls. Threading underneath the skin is a minimum of $1000.
And not what I was interested in.

About a year ago I was having nothing but issues with my skin. Constant breakouts and unhappy with my complexion. Finding Stephanie has changed all of that. She is an amazing esthetician! Had my eyelashes done by Emily yesterday. Not only did she do a FABULOUS job, she was super friendly, and very thorough. She made sure I had all the information I needed to know about the process and the care of my new lashes. I love them, they look so great!

If you haven't been in to see Kaitlyn (@nurse_kaitlyn), you are seriously missing out. She is truly an ARTIST. No bruising, no downtime and seriously AMAZING results. Super professional, clean space and makes you feel completely at ease. I will never see anyone else. Now if she could just get my hair to look as amazing as hers :)

Had a really great lymphatic drainage massage with Stephanie the other day and it was incredibly relaxing!! She was very professional and knowledgeable about the business and also the massage. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was a great experience! Can't wait to get back to check out more of their services.

Just seen that this place had changed hands, which might explain my experience. I always thought the massages here were good quality and a decent alternative to the luxury resorts in terms of value. However, my last two experiences have been disappointing. One masseuse had me on my back for a prenatal massage until I asked to adjust and another really barely massages at all, just rubbed (despite my asking for more pressure). I had specifically requested an excellent masseuse I had had in the past and was told she was a temp/fill in. I was assured the lady I was given was experienced with prenatal

My visit started out great but I had a chance to read a long note that was in my med file that stated a long list of derogatory comments about me( which I won't post here ) but it kinda ruined my day , what kinda of place does that !
I'm a happy guy , I like to kid around but seeing that note was defaming . At this point I'm not sure if i should let it go or call my lawyer , I will say I won't be back ! I'm guessing this is standard practice for this place .. I digress

Wonderful and relaxing med spa. They sell an assortment of cool items in the lobby (think boutique). One point deduction because pricing fluctuates. They do have monthly specials, but if your specific treatment/service isn't on be on the specials list that month you'll pay higher price. Definitely worth checking out for all your spa needs

They changed hands recently. It was great before, we've gone here for 3-4 years, but they are now diluting all the Botox/Dysport . They said they "changed the reconstitution ratio" lol.
First visit under "new ownership" they had to recalculate everything which was the first red flag... My wife and I both came back less than a month after injections when it lasted 3-4 months before the business changed hands. The injector got SUPER obviously awkward when confronted. Save your money. Lots of good medspas around here that aren't shady.

I saw LaDonna in March and the massage was great, we actually talked majority of the service which I wasn't used to but she was great overall and helped me relax. With a little extra $ left on a certificate I decided to schedule another prenatal massage with LaDonna for May. I was scheduled for a Saturday but she said she might be able to get me in on a Friday. This was told to the staff booking me as well and she asked them to make a note in the system as well. I followed up on the note twice prior to May but never got a definite answer about accommodating the request.

It upsets me to leave this kind of review after my experience with this place because I try my best to give places and people the benefit of the doubt but I feel it's necessary in case someone is considering this establishment. Please, take your money elsewhere.
I was given a gift certificate to get a massage by my boyfriend as I have severe arthritis and I've been wanting to take a day off work to fully relax and enjoy it. When I first called to schedule my appointment, the girl who answered sounded very short and as if she didn't want to be on the phone.
